As I'm sure many of you might have noticed, I've been sprucing up my faction to make it HOMM6 worthy. 
Feel free to leave feedback. 
If you do so (and you're also competing), I'll return the favor as soon as I can (even though I have to study for some college tests for Friday, so I might not be around until then  )

And can there be a seperate place for entries? Since there are so many stikies in the Colliseum you can't find ICTC threads on the first page.

I got another question concerning the creation of a new universe for my faction:
Put the case that my faction was settled in a new universe which would be explained quiet detailed thus I had a coherent background, but this background had no connections to any other existing HoMM-universe. Nevertheless there was a "Back story" for the faction.
Would a faction with such a "Back story" get any points for its "Back story" which wasn't related to any other existing universe at all?
I hope that somebody can help me with this...

Exactly uhuh, if you alter it enough/ change the appearance of the troops though then your score will increase, if you take the faction and twist it in some small way, then make an interesting and original history, then it will improve the originality too.

Yes it would still get some points, although all you need is some loose link to another of the HOMM worlds. Give your new land a name, use one of the characters from a previous game and have them travel to this new land for example.
The main idea is that the land should not be the same as in past HOMM games, link it in any way you like

Doh, you still miss the whole point of the stickies! They are like subforum links - USE THE ICTC INDEX to find all towns. Reminder to hcm me with links to your new towns to ensure it appears there ASAP. {I agree there are still alot of unfinished competitions there, but until they are completed, they will stay there for the same reason - so people can find them}
ohh and the colliseum was created for ICTC lol, don't think we'll get another forum 
Direct all questions about the algorythm to FoG
@ Lord_Evil, all entries must be prefixed and in the collesium, maybe you could ask a mod to move and rename it for you

Relax, I think that only applies if you're creating an all-new universe - don't just copy the ones we already have. Page one says "you can expand on any of the HoMM universes, not necessarily Ashan"... so you can expand on Ashan if you like.
If not, well... there goes four days of history work...
