Yes, yes you do. And I think he picks up Feint at level 21 (Bulbapedia is fritzing ATM). EV allocations noted and updated. I'll write up a post making it official once the dust settles and I've got everything in order.

@ B-E-T-A: I had the Grunts start rumors about Christian after your fight in the training hall; hope you don't mind. 
Edit: And now would probably be a good time for me to mention that I'm overruling winter's ruling on the Bluk/Razz/etc... Berries not influencing Condition. Mostly because I'm not sure why he bothered; they're not good for anything else.

Now Misty needs to get some of the ones that lower stats so she can reassign the bonuses. Got them too far all over the place. 
Oh and Stacey is more then welcome to join in with Misty for training also. See I am sort of confused as to who is where. Lol.

@ Misty: Know how you feel; I'm still trying to figure out what I was thinking with some of my earlier allocations.
Also, a reminder: level ups by training are one Pokemon per trainer at a time. So wog, if you want to level up Rhyhorn and Gastly and Magby all by one level it’s going to take three hours total. (Of course you can fluff it however you like, so if you just want to level up Magby you can have Gastly and Rhyhorn out ‘assisting’, they just won’t get the XP gain.) If you just want one hour, let me know who you want it to go to.
