I'm not a fan of Fortress, yet your choices look resonably and fit the theme of this city.
Plastic Cavaliers are already my racial enemies.
I'm afraid that Lava Dragon with fire shield is overpowered. I already find them hard to creep against

That makes a real trouble. I'm afraid it may not work with heroe's speciality or favourite enemy either?
However I remember there was a mod with Undead Cyclops which make these new creatures seen in the same way as any other Cyclops.
I'd suggest changing their skin colour from ink to albino.

I may use the yellow bear rider texture
Abilities : Shooter, no melee penalty,weakening strike
Abilities : Strike and returns, agility, shield wall, cursing attack

Abilities : No retaliation, 3 headed attack, immune to fire, liquid flame breath

Abilities : Flyer, acid breath, acid blood
changes to existing creatures :

OMG, your idea of making Orcs final upgrade blue is a quite fun and cool idea at the same time
But i still think some of the abilities is kind of strange for orcuish creatures! But still, it looks fun
And finally Dungeon is finished!
The creatures are the best you have made so far! they look tottaly awesome, and matches the abilities so good! That's a real Mod!
Can't whait for trying this out
"I just have 1 question this time": Does we need to remove all the existing NCF creatures we have downloaded?

Oh, i would love to help! I don't really have any programs that open DDS, not even programs with DDS plugins :S
I Can't install GIMP DDS Plugin (Don't really know why)
Is the icons in dds or tga or anything else?
And i think you should use Magnetic lasso or Magic Wand for cutting pieces out correctly!?

I can cut them correctly, but it doesn't give the good result in game. probably something I have to change in a file...
(well except a few icons, like the cyclop, I don't know how I can do it)

The cyclops on your Stronhold Units looks normal?
Or is it the "in battle" icons?

NCF project is dead!

If it it NCF-based, it should be compatibile! And known to all people who may use the NCF - otherwise it makes no sense
