Maybe we should start a new thread, tell we have the beta, need testers, texturers, help? I really feel this huge project deserves it.
And you would have less work at the same time

So what you think about this proposal? I can organize it on my own, just let me do it.
Anyway, here's a handful of thoughts:
-Hunter's guild. It gives an ption not only to select the basic creature, but also it's new upgrade if I kill it. But choosing this option, I find out it does not affect new upgrades actually, only the standard ones.
-New Matrons are extremely powerful for no justified reason.
-Summon Sovereign is a cool idea, but should be limited to one use. A gropu of Devils summoning a number of them over and over again is hard to overcome and leads to abuse. Also, no animation hurts. Is it possible to fix?
-New Assasins are kinda sucky.

Wow, they're cool indeed! So colourful and vivid! I'm just afraid that Golem and Genie have too high contrast, so they would look weird ingame.
BTW, we have started a new thread for beta.

But the golem looks cool in-game! but the genie kind of sucks! I can't find a cool blue colour that looks good and colourfull at the same time!

Uhh i know it looks wierd in colour!, yeah but, a efreet upgrade for a Djinn? Doesn't make sense to me at all!
But we need a cool Genie for this mod, and the one Faunch created is more purple than blue, and there is something wierd colour in the feather!
And my genie is too errh Equalized?

Your Efreet is the best-looking creature I've ever seen!
But I believe this Djiin would look perfect if the gloves were in the colour of cap. Now thy just have completely different style than other parts of him and this looks odd.
BTW, I think the creatures which should be reworked at the beginning are Stronghold ones.

Removing the alpha layer from the Vizier was a pretty bad idea!

they should be limited to one summon, but it seems I forgot. about the animations, I don't know.

actually I made a similar creature in H3, lizardman with poisonned arrows (-3 defense at each attack) I thought it was balanced, but a friend managed to make them imba (mostly because the gnoll speciality in WoG was totally imba, and my friend could defeat anything (even a lots of azure dragons) with a stack of gnolls and 6 stacks of lizardmen)
new textures :
golem : it looks a bit weird, but not bad. can't you work on the magnetic golem instead? because I will have to change the model otherwise.
mort glaciale : nice
genie : looks decent... I thought about making it transparent like the padischah, but it may look ugly.
rainbow unicorn : the mane looks weird, but the idea of making it similar to the H4 unicorn is good, I think.
guardian angel : don't know, I still like mine.
lich : cool, and better than the other red lich I had seen I think, but I likes mine too.
2nd genie : doesn't look that bad I think
