Yeah, but I'm talking about a bonus in survivability and damage.. the initiative has no effect on that... only damage, attack, Defence and Hit Points
The answer can be found somewhere on HC tho.. good luck ^^

Pre-HoF everyone except Irina gives only +1 att/def, so I don't see how someone other than Irina can give a better bonus than others 
But I say Ylthin just because the unicorns are awesome

lol, I meant that she gives +1 Gold per Peasant each day on top of +1 att/def for 2 levels.
I can't figure out anyone else. As far as I know the others pre-HoF are just 'normal' with +1 att/def per 2 levels.
