Oh,yes,yes Keldorn you are a Chessmaster...
It's draw!
But really I was desperate to post that solution because when I saw that puzzle I try to solve it direcly on the image,but then I make it on my real chessboard and I think how to solve that,probably today i'll try to find better solutions

Oh noes.. I solved it 
1. h2 h1 ..
Gives you SPACE for your bishop OR queen to deliver checkmate by moving to h2..
there are a few possible moves but I think all end with a checkmate
Sorry I think I have a better day today Surprised I couldn't find it yesterday, its in fact not THAT hard..
It also means chessmaster's AI for some reason didn't "see" that move.. hmm.

e8-e5 and there won't be a mate in the next turn DF.
This because if you move queen g5 is free and if you move bishop e3 is free.
EDIT: Ah true. The only one I missed again. The bigger picture. *Starts banging his head against the wall*
Ah well I just woke up a while ago.

That's not a useless move since it gives white a checkmate with c1-d3.
But the point stands. Black can just move e.g. f8-f7.
