Well I'm done with all the mirror sites. Now I'm using the slow as hell but won't stall out, Download Client. I'm going at a blazing 15kb/s. That'll only take 3 days to finish lol.

try to take a download from the region... a European 1000 download takes longer than a nearby 100 download. took me a few tries to get the game downloaded.

I decided to just use their snowty download client. It goes at like 15kb/sec, but at least if it stalls out I'm able to pick up where I left off. It's been going for over a day now and I'm at about 30% lol.
Edit: 12 hours later I'm at 44%!!! I hope the game play isn't this slow.

Here's a guide from the guild's forum about the arcane transmutor if anybody is interested 
1. About the transmutor
The arcane transmutor is a magical device, received by every character at level 10. This can be used for various transmutations. Like combining, leveling runes, stripping items of their magical properties, then put those properties into an other item. So using this device is quite complex, that's why so many guides exist all over the internet.
Some basic definitions which is good to be clear with, before going on:
Charge: The arcane transmutor works with charges. Each transmutation needs 1 charge. Charges are granted at certain levels by opening the gift bag, also can be bought both for diamonds and for daily quest tokens (Phirius Token Coin). 300 Phirius Token Coin = 10 transmutor charges.
Fusion stone: Fusion stones are the stones which can be used for storing magical properties of an item. When you store an item's property in a fusion stone, you will receive a mana stone. Fusion stones can be bought in Varanas and in Obsidian Stronghold, but these fusion stones have some initial properties. See the later section of the guide why does it matter. In itemshop you can buy purified fusion stone, which has no properties at all. Luckily we can buy purified fusion stones for Phiris Tokens (1170 token = 1 stone)
Mana stone: Manastones are the stored properties of an item. Mana stone properties = 6 weakest property of (item's properties + the fusion stone's property).
Item tier: Item tier is important for several reasons. You can only apply manastones with higher or equal tier to an item. And you cannot have higher tier rune in an item than, the item's tier. Items tier is displayed right under it's name and bound status. If you apply manastones with higher tier to an item, then the item's new tier will be the mana stone's tier. And you get +10% bonus for all the stats of the original item, per tier level difference!
Mana stone tier: Mana stone tier is important for applying the stored properties to an item. In general the mana stones tier = the item's tier which have been stripped of it's abilities. If the item was blue, you probably get one tier higher manastone. So a tier 2 blue item will likely produce a tier 3 mana stone.
Rune: There are some basic (rank 0, rank NOT tier) runes: Power, Mind, Magic, Resistance, Shield, Vitality, Shell, Endurance, Quickness, Strike, Harm . These runes can be found as drop from monsters. The runes have tier level just like the items have, but the tier level is also present in their name. So a Mind II is a tier 2 rune. A Mind III is a tier. You can combine two runes in the arcane transmutor to get higher RANK runes, or you can combine 5 of the same type to get a higher TIER rune. So Mind I + Endurance I = Triumph I, while 5 Mind I = 1 Mind II. See in details later.
Production Rune: These are for crafting, nothing to do with item enchantment. These are: Link, Frost, Disenchant, Purify, Blend, Activate.
Item Property: This one is tricky, but i'll use the expression often, so you have to know what i am speaking about. Lets clear the difference between the item bonus and property. The item bonus is everything you get by using the item not counting the basic stats, like +22 intelligence, +4 All attributes. While property is the NAME of these bonuses, like Intellect VIII, Soul III. Why is this important? Just because you can get bonuses on items WITHOUT properties, and some Properties give MORE THAN ONE bonus. For example if you enchant a Herbalist Robe to +1 you get 4 Intelligence BONUS without PROPERTY. This means, there is no way stripping that bonus, but it stacks with everything. While Soul III PROPERTY give +20 Magical attack AND +10 Wisdom bonuses. So this is why this difference is important. With the arcane Transmutor you strip PROPERTIES not BONUSES.
Ok, after clearing some basic stuff, let see how the arcane transmutor works. You put the stuff to the arcane transmutor, and if you have put valid items into it, in the result square you will get a preview what you will get if you transmute them. To do it just click confirm.
2. Stipping and reapplying properties
The simplified version of this is the following:
Step 1: Get 3 fusion stones
Step 2-4: Put a fusion stone to the arcane transmutor, with an item which shall be stripped of it's properties -> 3 mana stones
Step 5: Put the 3 manastones and the items you want to apply properties to, to the arcane transmutor.
Step 6: Tadaaaaa
What's the catch then? Well there are many of them Lets see where can it go wrong:
Step 1:
Getting the fusion stones, this is not so easy as it sounds, unless you are working with purufied fusion stones, which i dont really recommend until you EXACTLY know how this stuff works. Here is a simple rule how what you should keep at mind when hunting for fusion stones: Get 3 fusion stones with the SAME properties.
Here is the reason why:
When you are moving properties (from item to mana stone, or from mana stone to item) in the result you will have the 6 weakest properties of the participating items. Unfortunately fusion stones you can get has only level I and II properties, which are quite bad. So THESE properties will be among the six weakest. However if you have 3 different properties on the fusion stones, you will end up with an item with 6 cr@p properties.
So just get 3 fusion stones with the exactly same properties.
Step 2-4:
Here is not much you can fail, but check the tier of the resulting manastones before you do anything (You can do this by putting the item + fusion stone into the transmutor and check it on the preview window, then put an other item instead of the first one and check that too... etc). The two following rule must be kept in mind:
-You need 3 manastones of the same tier, which is higher or equal to the enchanted item's tier.
Step 5:
Check if the result is what you expect, if it is, then transmute, if not, check where have u gone wrong, and try to fix it. Obey the following rules of property transfer:
-only the 6 weakest properties will be taken into account
-you cannot have duplicate of the very same property. So if you combine Intellect III with Intellect III you will get only ONE Intellect III. But you can add both Intellect III and Intellect IV, and also you can add other property with the same BONUS as Intellect III.
-the enchanted item's ORIGINAL properties will remain. So they reduce the number of the applyable properties.
-all manastones have to have the same tier, and this tier has to be bigger or equal than the item's original tier. If you have raised the item's tier level you will receive 10% bonus to the item's base properties per tier level difference.
-currently tier 10 is the maximum.
Step 6:
Show off with ur new uber item 
Examples:
Example I
Lets start with a happy ending story. I managed to get 3 fusion stones with the following properties:
Defense I (+5 Defense)
Spirit I (+3 Wisdom)
Life II (+17 HP)
I also have an item with
Ability IV (+4 all attributes)
one with:
Spirit VIII (+17 Wisdom)
Energy VIII (+31 Matk)
So i already have the 6 properties i want on my item what shall i do.
I make one manastone with the first item: resulting in a tier 3 mana stone
Defense I (+5 Defense)
Spirit I (+3 Wisdom)
Life II (+17 HP)
Ability IV (+4 all attributes)
I make a manastone with the second item: resulting in a tier 3 mana stone
Defense I (+5 Defense)
Spirit I (+3 Wisdom)
Life II (+17 HP)
Spirit VIII (+17 Wisdom)
Energy VIII (+31 Matk)
But I have a problem here since what should I put in the third mandatory manastone to be tier 3 manastone and dont dont have a weaker property than the other 3 I've used.
I have 2 options: Get an item with property xxxxx IX, which is a huuuge waste
or i can buy a tier 3 EMPTY item, this way i will have a tier 3 manastone with these properties:
Defense I (+5 Defense)
Spirit I (+3 Wisdom)
Life II (+17 HP)
And if i combine these mana stones with an item i will have the following:
Defense I (+5 Defense)
Spirit I (+3 Wisdom)
Life II (+17 HP)
Spirit VIII (+17 Wisdom)
Energy VIII (+31 Matk)
Ability IV (+4 all attributes)
Example II
Lets see what happens if i dont have fusion stones of the exactly same properties:
I have two of these:
Defense I (+5 Defense)
Spirit I (+3 Wisdom)
Life II (+17 HP)
And one of this:
Defense I (+5 Defense)
Spirit I (+3 Wisdom)
Life I (+10 HP)
Without knowing anything what i want to put on the item, i know the resulting item will have:
Defense I (+5 Defense)
Spirit I (+3 Wisdom)
Life I (+10 HP)
Life II (+17 HP)
So i can only add 2 more properties. Which is not the best case...
Example III
Lets repeat the first example but lets now make an uber item
So fusion stones are:
Defense I (+5 Defense)
Spirit I (+3 Wisdom)
Life II (+17 HP)
Item 1:
Soul III (+20 Magical Attack AND +10 Wisdom)
Item 2:
Soul IV (+30 Magical Attack AND +15 Wisdom)
Item 3:
Mystic IV (+15 Magical Attack AND +30 Magical defense)
This will result in an item with:
Defense I (+5 Defense)
Spirit I (+3 Wisdom)
Life II (+17 HP)
Soul III (+20 Magical Attack AND +10 Wisdom)
Soul IV (+30 Magical Attack AND +15 Wisdom)
Mystic IV (+15 Magical Attack AND +30 Magical defense)
With the following bonuses:
+5 Defense
+3 Wisdom
+17 HP
+20 Magical Attack
+10 Wisdom
+30 Magical Attack
+15 Wisdom
+15 Magical Attack
+30 Magical defense
So this is quite obvious that it is better to use Dual bonus properties than the simple ones. However these properties can be found on Blue Items (the property is yellow) and quite often there is an additional simple propery, which ruins it. However for using Purified fusion stones You shoud be gathering nice and pure blue items.
[size=16]3. Manastone upgrade [/size]
This isnt worth a chapter, but it is easier to notice this way.
3 Manastones of the same tier can be combined into a manastone of 1 level higher tier. Properties will be combined as always, six weakest of all of the sone's properties.
Here is how can you get an approx tier for your manasonte. Get the itemlevel then add the modifier according to the list below.
-Green items are considered level +2.
-Blue items level +5.
-Epic (pinkish) items level +10 at least.
Tiers:
1-19: Tier 1 item
20-39: Tier 2 item
40-59: Tier 3 item
For example, a level 35 blue item is considered to be level 40 when turning it into a mana stone. A level 38 green item is considered to be level 40 as well.
4.Rune crafting
Runes can be a nice addition to any item. Basic runes you find are not the best, but you can boost them a bit. Since the property transfer does not remove the host item's properties, it will keep it's rune slots. Which makes us easier and cheaper to produce uber items.
A rune has two describing properties, one is its Tier, it shows what is the minimum tier of the item it can be put into (also higher tier runes have better properties), and a Rank which shows how many rune combinations are required to get this rune. (This property is not displayed ingame)
Here is a nice table you should use.
The table is quite self explanatiory with the informations I've just wrote.
In arcane transmutor:
2 runes -> a new rune (possibly a higher rank rune)
5 exactly the same runes -> 1 tier higher rune.

If you installed it and specified USA, you'll need to change your .ini file so you can log into the international servers...

To know what servers you're loading up, if you see Osha or Grimdal, you're in the US servers.
And yes, it is pretty much a WoW clone, although it has plenty of unique things as well. 
Level 37 Warrior/Level 30 Scout at the moment (two classes...you'll see what I mean about dual classing soon, if you don't already understand. )

It's supposed to be free for unspecified time, it might be free forever.
This game not only copy WoW, this game is just like a combination of features from many games. For example the dual class is like a modified version of dual class in titan quest. The combos is just a modified version of combo features of several other MMOs.
Transmutation system is just like Diablo 2 horadric cube with more addition and modification.
Then, when i arrive at Tagena, i suddenly hear the same song from spellforce 2 called Dun Mora. Currently the best song i've heard in this game untill now, dunno about the other places.
Then again, a combination of many features copied from other great games may result in even greater game.
Already tried this game for 5 days, still 20/19 (M/P) at server Artemis.
Personaly, i'm more addicted to this game than WoW, maybe i just played too much warcraft (WC 1-3). I admit, this is the best free MMO i've ever known and ever played.

It is supposed to be free forever. I don't think they will ever charge a monthly fee seeing that it has lots of stuff regarding those diamonds (diamonds are bought for real money to get some extra features - however you can trade some with other players for gold at the Auction House - I didn't pay for this game yet I have used lots of stuff from the Cash Shop bought with diamonds to upgrade my gear)
Also it's not entirely a WoW clone, you'll see when you get to level 50 and start using the Arcane Transmutor to upgrade your gear, which is the most interesting thing you can do at level 50

I agree, no need to be lv 50 to know that this game is not WoW clone, in fact, it isn't even WoW twin, i don't mean that this game is WoW clone, but imo this game is the combination of several games, the only WoWish things are the model and the graphic, the rest are different.
But ppl mostly like to judge a book from its cover . I mean they try the game for several minutes, then notice how the graphic and model are so WoWish, then come up with the conclusion that it's a WoW clone.

I'm level 14 Warrior with no secondary class as of yet. I thought that Warrior would be the tanking class, but in fact it's Knight. Is there much of a difference between W/K and K/W?
I do have a question though about the diamonds. Can you trade for diamonds and then buy a mount?

You can only buy diamonds from the Auction House (prices are insane at the moment though  ) and by paying RL money.
And yes there is a big difference between K/W and W/K, your secondary is more as a support class while the main class makes the biggest difference.
When someone wants a priest for example, obviously it means a priest as main and not as secondary.

There will be an expansion released in September, introducing elves as race, 2 new classes, PvP battlefields, a new zone to quest in (level cap raised by 5 levels), a new graphics engine, and many other stuff.

I'm gonna download this game, I'm not sure when though, I don't have time today or the rest of the week (cleaning ALL THE TIME!) but as far as I understand there are many ways to download the game. which is the best way to go? just follow the instructions or what?
and whicj (if there are more than one) world/server are you guys playing on?

Not sure about the best way to download it. I have high internet speed so I just downloaded it from a mirror site with the browser, took around 2-3 hours. But I guess Torrents would be safer.
I'm playing on the EN (International) Server Siochain.

ok I started the download just recently and it said that it will take 1 hour and 50 minutes more. so I have some spare time.
this download is really fast, it's downloading at a speed of 550 kb per second, it was 555 but still. compared to RSF that is very fast. it's finished in about an hour, and then it will probably take until midnight to patch it. but tomorrow I will play it.
EDIT: what the... it lagged when it was like half a minute left, but the folder was there but when I tried to install it it said the data was corrupt. I'll try to download again and leave the computer during the whole time.
EDIT2: Downloaded it again, this time it worked perfectly and the installasation to. started the game and made a scout. I made some quests and such until I came to thepoint when I had no idea what to do. it sent me of to som other city and I don't know how to get there. and another small thing, how do I chat?
EDIT3: solved the two problems, found the city and found out that you press enter to chat. gotta sleep now, CYA tomorrow.
