POSSIBLE SPOILER
Are we talking about the revealing of the identity of the real, real villain in the movie and the little character misdirection tha happened through many of the flashbacks?
If so, yeah it was a nice little twist but I didn't think it was all "OH MY GOD IT WAS THE MOST AMAZING TWIST EVER" that some people were hinting at.

I wasn't that fond of Batman either, it was good, but it kinda fell under it's own epicness. I mean, the situation in Gotham was a little bit over the top. Extremely hard to relate to.
Yeah the twist was not that unexpected for those who read the comics or even played the video games.

I've just seen it and it was good. just the beginning was a bit long. it was quite depressing as well, but that's a good thing, because it was meant to be.
*spoilers*
actually the whole plan to take over the city felt a lot over the top at the beginning. it just seemed so weird that Bane having just arrived in town could pull off such a plan so fast. but with Talia involved, I bet they actually started planning it right after the death of ras al ghul.
oh and batman seemed a bit stupid a the end to attack Bane without a weapon. he didn't learn his lesson when he let the joker live and he blew up a hospital.

*spoilers
Quote: Without spoiling, it just felt incredibly unrealistic that hundreds of people who had just broken out of prison would be willing to all jus die a few months later.
yeah, I found it kinda weird, I guess they just forgot about it, they were too happy to just rule the city. actually, maybe those guys from the prison didn't even know about the bomb.
a few things I didn't get / that bothered me :
-catwoman arrives right in time to save batman. felt very cheap.
-did I miss something, or bruce went back to gotham in less than 12 hours? how the hell?
-why no one seems to really care about the bomb until the end? and why do batman sets his priority on bane instead of the bomb?
-why is there a timer on the bomb? it was never supposed to be triggered by a timer.

I just watched Four Lions and it's one of the best comedies I've ever seen.
It's about four wannabe-Jihad warriors in London.
Seriously, the scene where a guy straps a bomb to a crow and instructs "brother crow" on how to become a martyr is just untold amounts of win. I fell out of the damn sofa.
Or if you're one of those intellectuals and suicide-bomber-crows aren't a flipping awesome enough reason to watch a film; it's also a great satire of Western anti-terrorism.
Go watch it.

Firefox. Firefox is a 1982 war film, no internet. I like the U.S. - Russia thing. But in the 1980s has been in Russia. Comfortable USA got its own name. I like to buy, but I'm not 100% sure.

I just watched the third Madagascar and, as usual, with the exception of the Shrek series, Dreamworks have done an outstanding job. Wonderful movie, humor for kids and adults both, lots of funny references... Recommend it to everyone!
Also watched the third Ice Age a short time ago, great work from Blue Sky, really creative despite being the fourth installment. And, while on a plane flight about a week ago, watched the Lorax (great and creative while staying true to the book), the Hunger Games (decent leaning towards weak) and the Avengers (average super hero movie).
Yes, I've been watching a lot of movies recently.

Whedon's The Cabin In The Woods was pretty awesome - the first horror movie that both made me laugh and snow my pants. (Though thankfully not simultaneously.)
I'm still looking for Polish movies/TV shows by the way, any ideas would be welcome.

Ironically, I found the squirrel in the first two Ice Age movies to be kind of annoying.
I stopped paying attention to the Ice Age franchise after that. I should probably play catch-up because children's animation movies tend to be pretty damn awesome, probably because they accidentally end up being more insightful than the majority of other films.
