There is overwhelming documentation and first hand experience of Al Qaeda's existence. They're waging a guerrilla war in Iraq as we speak. Don't ask the U.S. government if you insist; ask the people living over there whether they think Al Qaeda exists or not. They'll tell you quite passionately, whether with love or hatred, that it exists. It's not as if the U.S. government has a monopoly on the information business; there are plenty of different sources from abroad that confirm Al Qaeda. Is it a false flag operation for the U.K. as well, and for the Iraqi Militia, and even made up by the civilians themselves?

It happens on its own and there's nothing to do about it. USA won't start a war justifying it by saying that economy grows too fast there.

Asia has had the most power for most of recorded history, if for no other reason than because it boasts the largest population. So yeah, the world will probably go back to the status quo within the next several decades. America won't "collapse", at least not permanently, but it will get passed eventually, not that there's anything wrong with that. IMO, the country was better off before it was stuck with the liability of being the world's superpower. Indifference and non-interventionism is supreme.
