You decided to wisely explore the area both to find a place suitable for resting and to find clues about the expedition’s whereabouts. The Stone Circle is just a ruin of some long forgotten statue that used to stand in the middle of it and serves as a shrine no longer. However you find a quiet garden nearby where you could make camp. What you want to do?

(DM to Shelva): You gained no response, however you identify this shrine as belonging from a long dead god: Helm, the Watcher. The statue is desintegrated and long forgotten though.

Terence is able to pull himself together and keep on walking.

Each step sent a jolt of pain up his spine. But he brought this on himself. His dad always said bar bear was dangerous stuff, but he was wrong. The stuff in the bar was what was dangerous. Here he was walking with a bunch of strangers he had met over a beer.

Whats wrong with him?

He's being the red-headed step child again.

In too much pain to make sense of this Terence kept on walking.

They were at the stone circle before long and Terence let go of his cart for a moment.

Shelva laughed as she recollected.

"I hope you didn't want to pray to a silly weakling nature god, Kiya, because this one's a shrine to a long dead one and, thus, safe to sleep in and impossible to desecrate anymore!" she said. She was smiling. She then stepped up to one of the steps, laid out her bedroll, then as thougn she just realised something. "Does anyone of you have a tent?" she inquired.

Kiyamera to Shelva: "I can pray to Melona anyway as long as it is in nature. This place might belong to a long lost god, but it does not matter. I got a tent by the way, but I am not sharing it with you!"

Kiyamera smiled the kind of wicked smile a evil lord gives a begging peasant.

Kiyamera was caught off guard when the tiefling charged against her, and she barely had time to responds with drawing her dagger and prepare herself to fight in close combat with a pretty pissed of warlock.

She froze in place as she saw Balasar block the view. She looked down at the ground and forced herself to calm down. "I see..." she said and walked back. She went to sleep on her bedroll underneath the roof of what's left of the shrine.

You carelessly set up camp without guards or without checking the area more accuratelly. And as such you fall for a trap. As soon as you all fall asleep the Gazebo reveals it's true identity: the monster Gazebo Devourer! It is known for luring adventurers to it's peaceful whereabouts and use it's tentacles to kill and feed on them. You have no time to recover your daily powers and are forced to fight. Each tentacle is considered a monster and has initiative, as well as the monster's mounth. You gain experience only by killing the Gazebo as a whole. See combat map and monster stats below:

When partially swallowed the tongue constricts you and you cannot attack. Others can also try to attack the tongue, it has the same defense stats of the Gazebo and on hit it frees the victim for the pain it took. Hitting the tongue causes no damage to the Gazebo.

Kiyamera: "I knew there was something wrong with this temple! Melora will be pleased when I have vanquished this ulgy thing from her beautiful creation/picture! Everyone, let's regroup! Meet at the gate!"

Kiyamera made a quick run for it plassing Balasar between herself and the tentacles.((moves from M8 to J6))
She then lifted her bow and took aim of tentacle 1 with two arrows.
