It's because orcs don't have a dark mastery, only shatter.. I wonder if I can fix this when this phase is over, will check the game files.

The alternative explanation is that they shatter it themselves, these guys just don't know how to use magic Besides how could I be surprised for something that 1) is made by Nival 2) I already knew about? Orcs are my specialty remember?

2nd game, it began too easily, underestimating liches cost me the game. Besides ugly usual recovery of the zombies.

Split djinns and endurance minimized orc damage nicely but the major issue was those annoying obstacles. Kispagat even missed some.. His plan was empathic anger which did hit hard but the same could not be said of his army, my troops were pretty resilient. I wish the same battle had happened in a more 'normal' battlefield.
1st game was about 100% morale all the way, poor dungeon could not avoid defeat.
2nd game orcs are strong, but not strong enough to give 3 extra turns for a turtling attack/defense mastered aca. I simply did not notice the obstacles, and there was nowhere to attack, my left wing stucked. When I reached aca army it was too much buffs to overcome.

Just finished my second game with Kis and oh boy was that a match oO.
Kispagats Urgashs Minions vs My Knights of Elrath. Watch the replay before you read the description!
I was pretty lucky before the match even started (got Enlightenment while leveling and had + 5 Knowledge through artifacts, which proved to be quite the lifesaver since he had very good stats aswell). Went Empathy + Light (no Retribution, in hindsight it might have helped me a lot). Had good spells (haste, endurance and RM from the guilde) but no cleansing which would prove to be a deciding factor later. The match was the best I had in a long time. I got Eternal light incase he would have mass slow but in the end he didn't so it was wasted (master of blessing would have done a lot more for me (Mass Divine Strength) as I would find out later^^). One of the factors that cost me the game was that a unit under the effect of Magical Immunity can't be teleported (towards the end where it was my heroes turn just before my inquisitors) which prevented me of getting that one DECIDING shot on the Devils^^. But I really can't complain about the lack of a few lucky factors, since I had my fair share of luck (my Griffins had more morale than the rest of my army together lol) All in all it was a well balanced match and I had tons of fun. Thanks for the game Kispagat, tons of fun .
And here is the Replay to our first match (not sure wheter I posted it before). I was Sylvan (again). Sylvan vs Stronghold. Not much to see though I was shameless enough to go the imbue frenzy way of doing things to cruise to victory. It's the anti-thesis to our second match.

Niice! What I don't get is why you moved crossbows, you could deal with some summoned cerberi later. Sweet stats both.

Why should they have kept standing there surrounded by evil creatures...? The ceberi were the guys doing the least damage in retaliation.
I think the real mistake I made was to not move my inquisitors to the corner when I defended. I saw that the spawns didn't reach me so I thought I was safe. But it would only have changed something if I would have had more Inquisitors. The Ceberi blocked the escape route for my inquisitors later but it didn't even come to an escape with me dying before that xD. But off I go now~

Zenithale def. phoenix 2-0.
Fun games. It was weird because both times we had the same plan. As it turns out his orc army was better suited to retribution. And of course the dungeon is better suited to summoning than the dwarves. Still fun matches.

Yes I have the replays.
First one : Haven vs Orcs (me). I was lucky enough to got Enlightment.
Second one : Dungeon (me) vs Dwarf. I had Dark + Summoning + Power of Speed. Mass Decay and a stronger Phoenix help me a lot.

First game vs BlizzardBoy : Orcs vs Necro (me). Close battle where the skelton Bash ability was very very useful on the Cyclops  . A strong Phoenix help as well  .
For te moment BlizzardBoy 0 - 1 Zenithale

Joooo I'm on some kind of 1-1 roll today... Just had my other games with Larry.
Larry vs Azagal
First: Inferno vs Necro
Was a fun match with his Vermin sucking me dry wich in a twist of fate would save me later. I was able to get mana back with MotN while he was dry and it became a game of whether he was able to catch my Phoenix before it could do enough damage. While movement is of course a major part of the battle in this set up it was a bit different in the end (1 Phoenix against 2 stacks of Pit Lords) and it was a nice change^^. I managed to pull trough in the end thanks to his Vermin. Oh and to Larrys defence he didn't know about the Hero specials being reset. Still he left Flamming arrows in favour of PoS so that was on purpose.
Second:Dungeon vs Haven
Awwww man ><. He had Last Stand and I was oblivious to the perk "Fire Resistance". Larry had some good positioning and I was a bit timid about charging with his Raiders sitting there waiting for me... that and some below par battle action lead to Larry outplaying me and thus friying me on a stick. Atleast the Vindicators got slay the Hydra... They'll be remembered as Heroes!

1st match was really good till the end ,thought i had it, but after 1st ghost ressurection things started to look different,haven't rewatched it but i feel i had made more mistakes at the finish than Azagal and therefore lost
2nd i went standard last stand,Ignite fireball vs no fire ressistance Haven and it went pretty good as expected in this setup
