He copied what she had did, though a tad less graceful. "I have never been a big fan of worthy possessions, I care abolut what I carry along with me. What I need. Anything else is superficial to me." he tried copying her at the wall-jumping, but utterly failed and landed on his legs again. "Never tried that before." he said.
He tries again and gets up to her. "Oh, Zero has more resources than us at least. Or more powerful. Well, if he is to anticipate everything we better do something he couldn't anticipate." he gave her a sly smile, then it faded and he shook his head. "In a head on confrontation against Sidewinder I think he'd beat me. He's a pure martial artist, an absolute professional. I am good, but not as good as him. With my weapon I might stand a chance against him, and thanks to my abilities most of what he does to me won't put me out for long." he paused. "I might be able to take him." he hissed.

The assault rifle showed great results. As Vlad expected. Shame that he had to kill Miguel, but the lad walked straight into a bear's den, unarmed. Vlad aimed at a flock of crows watching him, and started shooting at them. All of them dropped dead, some even split in two. Vlad putted the gun back in the trunk. The other weapon was lighter, and Vlad guessed that he could operate two at the same time. But he would have to find that out later, as his cellphone rang. Misha probably got another contract.

"He's usefull, even smart. But he behaves like a child." Rex was stuffing a pipe. He had not thought about smoking for several days now, but when he felt his pipe in his pocket when he looked for his keys he felt the desire for some tobacco burn on his tongue. Rex pulled long on his pipe after he lit it and exhaled with a sigh. Smoke flowed from his mouth as he nearly moaned with pleasure. "I realy needed that," Rex sighed, eyes looking vacant. Rex took a few more puffs, then he returned to work. Getting his Gryphon done was priority number one now. With the Albatross partially wrecked and the Gryphon unfinished, Rex had no means of transport other than the Dodge he apropriated. And in that car he was virtually defenceless. "Now I need to find some ducted fans, some with apropriate power. But where?" Rex went to his mainframe and started a search-engine. He typed in a few commands and started his search. Commercial sites popped up, but the nearest he got to what he wanted was a supply site for aircraft hobbyists. "That won't do, those could barely lift a pistol in the air." Rex changed a few commands, he found a few commercial aircraft manufacturers, but again nothing that met his demands. "This is proving harder than I thought," Rex grumbled. Rex tried something different, but this was risky. Rex accessed and entered the network of the CIA. His MSBM still had an accesscode to the network, "And still they are to stupid to block this code, they are realy beyond me. Unless they want to track me through this." Nonetheless Rex tried and searched through the classified files of the CIA. "By the Kraken, I've found something." There was a new experimental hovercraft, several actually, on one of the naval dockyards in the city. "And the best thing about them is that they're in for repairs. Thus they are partially disassembled." Rex read on in the report. "Damn, they're only here for two more days, so I have to strike fast." Rex mulled over the options. "If I fix the Albatross, I can drive the truck over there, force myself in, kill all the personell, steal the fans and load them in the truck and force myself out again. No, I can never pull that off alone, I need someone to drive the truck. I need to keep the Albatross out of sight, inside the truck preferrably. I need to get the truck over here as well. Plan's good though, but who will help me?" Rex thought about the options. "I'm not asking Palmer, he's going to be childish about this kind of operation. He was practically throwing a tantrum at the idea of chucking a few grenades. I'm already in debt to Xion, besides he's loyal to Zero. He'll refuse if he has any idea what I'm planning. Besides, chances he'll leave some grey goo on everything to keep track of me." Rex recalled the list of Zero's other guest on his computer. He went over the guestlist. "Sidewinder and Inferno are definately a no-go. They'd rather kill me, though the feeling is mutual.....Carie Elsworth? Oh right the girl," Rex remembered as he saw her picture, "She's clinically insane, she'd certainly be a liability. She's as prone to throw a tantrum as Palmer is....Hmm who else? Vladimir. Possible, but he's going to ask an insane amount of money. I'm certain of that... Hmmm, Palmer....Xion....Oh here's my profile," Rex read the report. "Impressive, he's even got a mention of my favorite tobbaco brand, but he's hardly listed any of my projects after I left the navy, just general havoc and a danger to society at large. And he took a photo from my bad side, the jerk." Rex grinned, he still could make himself laugh. "Hmmm, moving on. Kane? Hmm again possible, but I doubt he'll be able to drive a truck. Oh and he hates guns, I very much dislike that. S.P.E.C.I.A.L. ? Who by the Kraken, oh Pirate-lady. The one with the eyepatch." Rex read the profile. "Dragons huh, yeah right. But she's got a couple of bucks flying around and she hates men, that's something we've got in common, I hate just about everybody. I'll give her a ring." Rex created a secure and anonimous line via his mainframe. Something else he had stolen from the CIA. Rex dialed the number listed on the profile. "Yes, this is Mr Mallard, is Miss Ligery at home?" It was someone else, "Yes I would like it if you asked. I'll hold. What you should tell her? That Mr. Mallard is calling and that he whishes to speak to Miss Ligery. Fine, I'll hold."

Cecilia drops down next to Kane rolling once. She burshes dust off her hair with her fingers.
"You're an exceptional person Mister Kane. That was a rather hard fall. It isn't the first you've made. Yet you seem to walk like nothing happened. There is something in you that does not meet the eye. Someone might say what you've done so far isn't possible. For a human.", she walks away for a few steps. She turns and something flies by Kane's right ear hitting the wood behind him. It's an ornate dagger resembling a sai.
"No weapons. Until the other side forfeits or 30 minutes are full. Prepare yourself.", she says while making a ponytail out of her hair with her headband.

((I've never learned any names for strikes, stances, etc.... So I write simply what they do  you just have to forgive that!))
Kane smiles and takes off his top and his gauntlets. "No weapons." he repeats loosening up. "Ladies first." Let's see what she's capable of. Kane decided to drag the fight out, so that he could study her technique.
SPECIAL struck faster than Kane had expected, her right fist hammering into his ribs following with an elbow strike to his jaw. He staggered back, but she didn't stop, coming on again. She feinted, ducked a straight punch and tried to knee his balls. But failed, his knee came up blocking it.
"Not too bad, sweetheart." Kane growled, feeling his blood pumping. He unleashed a series of punches, each one forceful enough to get through a brick wall. A few of them landed, but most were blocked or went wide. "You're fast." he pointed out, and landed a kick to her thigh originally aiming at her head, then moved in for close combat. She answered by ducking a hook and using his momentum to get in a simple armlock, followed by a knee to his chest. He recognized the move as the same thing Sidewinder had tried at Zeros mansion, and decided to use impress her. He pulled his arm out of the socket and grabbed her wrist, twisting her arm and kneeing her just above the elbow, stunning her arm. Gotcha. he thought, putting all his weight on her elbow and forcing her down while his knee came up in her ribs. Then he grabbed her neck and threw her backward down into the ground, following with her all the way down. She struck against his throat with her fingertips, but the blow missed. Then her legs came up, fastening around his throat. Damn, that's my move. he thought, cursing himself for not seeing it coming. He denied being pulled back, and flexed his neck muscles in an effort to get loose, not seeing her hand striking toward his throat again. He felt his pipe being damaged, and used the blow to roll backward out of her legs. His throat were healing already, no damage done.
"Okay love, warmup is over." he growled, giving her a half smile. She were on her feet at once, and he hammered his arm into her solar plexus, ignoring her knee to his balls and her elbow to his ribs, he grabbed her right arm by the elbow and let his knee ram her ribs once again. The damage from her blows were already gone. He hammered his fist between her shoulderbones, and locked his arms around her throat, securing his arm with a wrestling grip he expected she wouldn't know. Then he used his legs to flip her down, making sure to land on top and stay on her back so that she wouldn't get up from his grip. She headbutted backward and he felt his nose cracking, but he didn't let go. He headbutted back, striking the upper part of her neck, so that her face hit the floor and the eyepatch loosened and fell off.

Suddenly Kane flies off. He hits the ground sixty feet away. He quickly rises up and turns back to S.P.E.C.I.A.L. She is enveloped by a golden aura of fire with her long golden hair swirling around her wildly. Her left eye is surrounded by scars resembling burn marks looks at Kane. The eye is pure gold with it's pupil a sharp straight line, like lizard's. There is a flame inside the eye, which moves at it's own, like a separate entity. A separate entity screaming out for his life.
"Mister Kane! Inside! NOW!",a sharp yell turns his attention away from the primal bloodthirsty entity before him. The young maid is running out of the house.
"What...", a huge roar shaking the earth below him cuts him short. He turns his sight back to S.P.E.C.I.A.L. only to see eye to eye with huge golden dragon the size of a lorry. He blinks.
"INSIDE! RIGHT NOW!", the maid commands him with surprising authority.
"Look now...", a column of flame illuminating the dark sky cuts him short. He ducks left as another column charrs the spot where he was standing just milliseconds earlier. He sprints towards the house with a waking inferno burning everything it touches just inches behind him. The sound of four giant legs hammering the ground at an increasing pace follows as the dragon gives chase. He takes a quick glance back to see the dragon jump up and take flight. It is gaining on him now. He pushes himself as hard as he can now running for his life. The door is only fifty feet away! He can feel the hot air before the flames on his back starting to burn at his skin. It stops. Taking a quick glance when storming in through door he sees the girl stand between him and the dragon with her hands spread out.
"NO!", the girl shouts. The dragon comes down sinking it's claws deep into the ground ripping feet deep tracks in the ground as it slows down and finally stops before the brown haired girl. It roars right at the her but the girl doesn't budge.
"STOP!", he girl shouts at it. It roars again the pressure sending her hair straight back but she doesn't move an inch.
"IT IS NOT YOUR ENEMY! STOP!", she yells taking a step forward. Another deafening roar shakes the house. The girl cringes but takes another step forward.
"STOP! YOU'RE HURTING ME! STOP IT!", this time the dragon doesn't roar but releases a column of flame right over the girl's head. This doesn't deter her resolve. She runs up to the dragon and looks it straight into it's fierce eyes.
"I TRUST YOU! TRUST ME! STOP THIS!", she shouts at the beast and raises her hand up. The dragon opens it's jaws and lunges it's head down breathing fire and smoke out of it's nostrils. The smoke envelops both the dragon and the girl. When the smoke clears the dragon is gone and the girl is holding S.P.E.C.I.A.L. in her arms.
"Could you come and help me out here, Mister Kane!", she shouts.
"We have to get her into her room! I'll show you where it is! Then we'll get you some breakfast!"

Kane stared at the girl for a second, not really sure what to do. This was absolutely nothing like he had expected, not that he knew what to expect. Then something snapped and he hurried toward the girl. "Yes of course" he said, his voice low. He took SPECIAL in his arms with ease and followed the girl inside. He followed her in silence for a minute, but he had never liked silence too much. "That was something." he said. "How long have you been with her?" No answer, Kane assumed the roar had hurt the girls' hearing.

"What!", she yells and points at her ear.
"Speak louder! I can't hear you!", she leads him up the stairs and through a few hallways.
"Over there!", she points at the last door on the end of the hallway.
"That's the room.", she says at a more normal sound.
"Put her down on the bed when we get there. She will be asleep for a small while. What did you say earlier? Seems my hearings coming back."

"I just wondered if you had been with SPECIAL long." he said, "Is that her name, or does she prefer something else?"

Carrie paced through the notes:
Real name: Franklin Alkerney... Lives with his dad, George Alkrney in a relatively big house in the suburbs... Girfriend, kayla Lancaster... Goes to Westdock High... broke his arm once, excellent at soccer... Drives a motor cycle.
She smiled.
"I have a little plan!" she announced loudly to Xion who'd been very patient the past five minutes.
"Okay, so here goes!" she says and sighs loudly, maintaining eye contact.
"I want to give him a false sense of security, so I will make a killing spree waaaaaay south of constantinopel, among the gangs and the white trash, so inferno will think that I think he's somewhere there and thus be not as alarmed and, of course, more prone to guard the places further away from his home, becaue he either will feel guilty about not having protected those people or he will realise that the maniacs are out now.Or both! Either way, he won't be prone to stay too long out of his house." she explained. She was really getting excited as she got into this.
She proceeded to list the things she would need to do in preparation for all that and claimed she would conduct the massacre the day after tomorrow.
"And then, the day after that, we pull off our master stroke, which needs to be done without a hitch. I kill his father, looking like his girlfriend, while he's away and you kill his girlfriend, looking like him. You'll also tell me all bout the nature of their relationship and tell me how she walks and talks and all that and then I'll replace her and come home to him, because I heard what happened the other night and comfort him and then... Well... Don't worry too much after that..." she said as she balanced the sword on her palm with the help of her mind.
"So? What'd ya say? Don't tell me you can refuse a girl like me!" she cried out in excitement.

"We've lived together for sometime, yes. You could say she's my only family.", the young maid seems to be about to say more but stops abrubtly. After a little pause she continues.
"She does. It would be appropriate to address her as Lady Ligery.", she says.
"There is a pool at the east side terrace. After gathering your clothing you might wish to freshen up. I will bring a towel for you Mister Kane and inform you when the Lady is ready for breakfast."

Kane gives her a big smile. "Yes, thank you sweetheart! I bet the lady is very very grateful to have you here. Will look forward to breakfast, and a bath sounds very tempting after such a heated experience."
He picked up his clothing and went straight for the pool, stripping almost entirely naked for a good washup. After finishing he simply swam around, enjoying the water for some time. Waiting for breakfast. It was a long time since he had been in a pool...

Xion leanded against the wall and thought for a moment before agreeing in his head "Ahh, to be young and psychotic." he mumbled as he stood correctly up on his feet again.
"I agree, it sounds like a good plan. But for it to work we will need to implant nanobots. Now I guess it is time for you to come with me to that appartment I talked about earlier, I got a computer there and the material I need to create and implant nanobots into someone. And I guess now also is the time for me to tell you about my powers." Xion said while starting to walk towards his appartment, while motioning Carrie to follow.

"The breakfast will be served here. I am sorry to inform you but we do not have any men's clothing in this house. You will have to settle to your current ones. Apologies by the house, mister Kane.", she leaves a towel on a chair before vanishing back into the house.

Then he attached one of the feathers he kept in his shoe to his hair, and sat down waiting for the Lady to arrive.

"First, I will tell you about my artificially created powers." Xion said and reached his hand into his jacket. He said the keyword in his head while thinking about a halberd, before dragging his hand slowely while the halberd was being created. For anyone who looked at him, it would seem like he was dragging a long halberd which always was there out of his jacket.
"Now I guess you are smart enough to understand that there is absolutely no way I would be able to fit this halberd into my jacket. So how do you suppose I got his thing into my jacket?" Xion said and left a pause big enough for Carrie to think and give a reply if she figured something out.
The girl did not take that long before shouting "Magic!" with a huge grin before she started laughing
"No, not magic." Xion smiled while laughing in himself "What I use for this is of course; Nanobots! The nanobots that live in my body to do different things after what I have them programmed for. By default, they are programmed to react to a special keyword I say in my brain and then replicate whatever I am thinking of at the time. Like this halberd. I say the keyword in my thoughts while thinking about this halberd held in my hand and the nanobots will rush to my hand to exit my body and lay on top of each other to create this thing. As you can probably guess that requiers a lot of nanobots, millions even billions of small machines are used to create this halberd, so I make a habit out of reabsorbing the nanobots after use." Xion finnished and thought the keyword for reabsorbation and watched as the halberd dissolved and the metal seemed to be magnetically pulled towards Xion's arm were it seemingly disappeared. "But as I said, this is only what I have them do by default, I can manually program them to do difrent things, like regenerate my wounds after battle, if I use any of the computers they are linked too."
Xion took a brief pause from talking before continuing "And then there is my 'real' powers, the ones I was born with. The power of detection. I am a super, who can detect, feel and see the powers of other supers. That will say, when a super is around me, I can feel his or her present already before I meet them, and I can even find out exactly where they are if I concentrate. And sometimes, very rarely, I can see their powers, like I did with you when I entered Zero's dinning room." Xion looked at Carrie and turned on his super vision and then it semed like the car behind her suddenly went crashing into the wall. "Around you I see things fly around in the air without them really doing so, it's kind of creepy and it handicaps me, as I will see things being elsewhere of where they really are." Xion said as he tried to grab his wallet which seemed to float right above him.
"But I only rarely am able to see those powers the first time I meet someone. But the moment I know or have seen the powers of someone else in action, I will forever see things around them whenever I meet them. A man who can fly would have wings which only I can see, a man like inferno will always be on fire and the real fire around him will act strangely, and so on.
Xion looked forward and saw the door to his appartment "we're here." he said and pointed.
