Picked up Carmageddon: Max Damage on a sale recently. Feels pretty much the same as playing Carmageddon 2 way back when. I'm glad they managed to mix up the gameplay without doing those mission things again. The missions from Carmageddon 2 were absurdly difficult and a lot of the time felt nothing like Carmageddon. Which is why I believe I used a cheat to just straight up unlock all races so I could enjoy the game my way.

I remember playing Carma 1 when I was little. It was hilarious. There was a city map with a stadium and all, had some really fun moments on that one.
Currently playing PoE and The Elder Scrolls: Legends. I sank 50 hours into Civilization 3 prior, just for old time's sake. Still like it a lot, it aged well. Although I favor Civilization 5 and 6 more for the turns they've taken.

The starting map in Carmageddon: Max Damage also features a stadium, you can drive right in and splat a whole team (or possibly two, they all wore red afterwards) and a squad of cheerleaders

I used to play Civil War II in the past, but now I don't have much time for gaming. I prefer light wargames at http://www.friv4online.com/. Super Sniper 2 and Terror Trench are quite interesting. Easy and available without installation.

It is not what I get to play these days that matters most.
In a selection of about 12/13 games on my PC these days, I get to play the ones I didn't get around to play for the past week or month.
Using the Razer Game Booster App., I get to know exactly which one I did not play for a very long time. And, to know which ones I got to play just recently.
So, this way, I never tire of all of the games I like, a lot or, not so much. Arcade = half an hour at most and, Strategy = in between 3 hours to a whole day's time of 24 hours long.

Update on what I've been playing (and completed) recently:
Persona 5 - a really enjoyable expierience from start to finish. I've sank around 120 hours in it, and I even didn't do the 100% grind, plus I was even underleveled (if comparing to the Thieves Guild player records). I still like typical fantasy settings for JRPGs more, but as it was my first ever Persona game and probably a first ever 'school life simulator' it was a breath of fresh air. The story was enjoyable but I think it packs most punch at the begining (Kamoshida arc). Imho the further in the story, the less 'steam' the scriptwriters had as it ends with your typical "let's join hands and save the world!" bs. The game does give a great take on the modern society and 'rotten adults' with a lot of side-stories that make you think at where this is all going . As a classic turn-based RPG it's perfect, has enough strategy and just the right difficulty for battles to be enjoyable, alas I still can't convince myself to the whole Persona system. I recommend the game, it really is one of the strongest RPG's of this year.
Mafia 3 DLC - I finally had a chance to 'complete' all the DLC (I still had the Herbalism side story to finish from the first one). Are they worth it? As a standalone buy they're pretty short, but because I had the Season Pass from teh deluxe edition I think it was a good 'buy'. Had some nice stories to them (albeit short), covered different settings (rural town and racism, cold war action plot and dark cults) and the last one even gave me a bit of scares . Taking it as whole is a tough nut to crack. Mafia 3 took a lot of beating which I can partially agree with (performance issues and bugs, un-Mafia setting, repetetive gameplay etc), but at the end of the day I can say I really enjoyed the game and especially it's setting (New Orleans is such a good setting for games).
Endless Legend - I found myself amazed that after 3 years they still gave players (probably) one last piece of cool FREE addition - a digital artbook. And I always like to underline this game sports one of the best art styles in history of games. I can only say it sums up this incredibly good and stylish 4K strategy game. Kudos to you Amplitude Studio!

Playing through King's Bounty: Warriors of the North again. I really wish they had hired proof-readers. There are an annoying amount of spelling and grammatical errors.

I'm alternating replaying FF VIII, FF IX, FF X Remastered and The Last Remnant, while I'm recovering from my teeth surgeries. Another surgery today. YAY.
Ah, yes, and bought all those King Bounty's games in a Steam Sale. Never played any KB game. Might give it a try next year.

Gods and Glory
I've been playing Gods and Glory recently on my cell phone. It's game inspired by Heroes of Might and Magic and it's very similar. It's very addicting (just like Heroes). If anyone wants to start playing or looking for friends to play with just drop me a message. We're always looking for people to join our clan (HFC)
