So what's the funniest thing to happen to you in Skyrim?
Mine was probably my second assault on the Lunar Forge (my first assault having ended with me retreating with my tail between my legs—literally as my char is a Khajiit). I'd leveled up some and picked up Summon Flame Atronach and figured I'd give the place another shot. So I made my way up to that circular part where the actual forge is, hid in the hall outside and got ready to attack.
Mere SECONDS before I walk in the door, I hear a roooar *breath weapon noise*—I walk in and all the bandits are dead.

When i install Dawnguard today, should i start on a new character, or play my 3 existing ones?
I've got a Destruction and One hand Weapons master!
Highly leveled in Alchemy, Enchanting, Heavy Armor, Lockpicking, and speech.
Argonian Level 48.
Powerfull enchanted armor and weapons, plus powerfull potions.
(btw, am i the only one who thinks that master spells sucks?)
And i've got me self a Master Smith, Heavy Armor, Archery, One Handed Weapon, and Restoration! all at 100. High Elf at level 52.
Mainly i use Archery and Heavy Armor because its awesome.
And her Restoration is helpfull to heal and keep undead overlords aways.
And my last is a Breton at level 42 at this point.
Master in Alteration, and soon to be in Conjuration, Two-Handed weapon, light armor and Archery.
Seriously, Paralyze is damn effective against nearly everything. I can conjure a Dremora to draw all the atention, then cast a mass paralyze, and just butcher them with my two-handed weapon.

And is it worth leveling up in Vamprism and/or werewolf?
Cuz, i hate everything about gothic creatures, and twiligt ;P

Haven't bothered with using Werewolf form (no first person perspective option while changed = ); I'd say you're fine without boosting it. The no-skill-bonus-from-sleeping part kind of stinks, but the disease immunity is nice (no random cases of the Rattles or Ataxia draining your stats). Never done Vampire, so I couldn't tell you.

So I entered this old dungeon, my goal: finding one of them Ancient Nord Helmets, you know, the ones who look like the iron helmets except longer horns and way more badass.
I spent two hours exploring every corner of that dungeon, killing draugrs I weren't supposed to kill at my measly 8 levels. And on the way out, kind of bummed, I noticed a helmet lying literally inches from the exit door.
But on the plus side, I did level up four levels, do a questline and end up with some nice loot.

So, has anyone played a paladin type character in Skyrim?
To me, a paladin could be of any race. He's a "holy warrior" who fights evil and loathes undead. I suppose he'd oppose most daedra since most are considered evil. He goes out of his way to help people. He has a weapons focus but also uses healing magic and magic tuned for fighting the undead. Since he is often away from cities in his fight against evil he is well versed in the arts of smithing.
Here is my idea for a paladin build.

I've made a paladin of sorts, using mods I started the game as an initiate of the order of Vigilantes of stendarr. He used the withcer's silver sword, powerful against undead and superbly crafted weapon (mod) Though instead of strutting around in heavy armour, my character wore only robes (tbh I think that they look like an ideal travelers clothing) trusting his skill with a sword and healing magic.
edit: though if I ever make another paladin this is my armour:

Lol, going through the dragon language pages and found out that 'key' means 'horse'--brings whole new meaning to losing your keys.

I believe the Ancient Nord Armor can only be made at the skyforge, after you do a substantial amount of the companions storyline. There is another badsnow unique helmet with horns you can get if you go to the place where you get the jagged crown before you do the jagged crown quest.
I played skyrim way too much, although not a much as oblivion or morrowind. I have done every quest line and nearly every quest, and I currently have a character who is level 48 which I have only ever leveled stamina on and played on the hardest difficulty. That's right, I fight Elder Dragons with 100 hp in the mode where I do half damage and they do double damage.

You can make ancient nord armor? On another char, I finished the companion questline but I don't remember being able to make the armor, I need to look into this, thanks for the tip!

Post might contain spoilers to some people, but AFAIK you can't make the nord armor, but if you take ancient nord weapons to Eorlund (or just use them in the skyforge, don't remember) they'll turn to Nord Hero weapons, for an example to a "Nord Hero War Axe". Ancient Nord armor can be found, IIRC, in a dungeon south of Riften.. Although I'm not entirely sure.

I forged the armor! It's bad***! Although weak as all hell.
(minor spoiler alert, if anyone still hasn't done the companions quest yet)
Btw, anyone know what happens if you try the Companions questline while a vampire?

Decided to start up my Oblivion to check the differences.
Suddenly realize that I had achieved perfection in Oblivion through 5 years of endless modding. Man the atmosphere is so damn thick.
My Oblivion is currently way awesomer than Skyrim and I had totally forgotten about it.
Too bad the performance is still a fricking mess. Skyrim with ENBs and texture packs and **** still runs way better than Oblivion ^^
I'm not sure if Skyrim will ever be as awesome as Oblivion when it comes to atmosphere... it's just something about the deep woods and the skitting deer and... yeah all together it's just more eh, cozy to me.

After my 100th playthrough of oblivion (I started out fast traveling and **** I was new to the whole Sandbox RPG) I decided to venture the woods and properly role play, consumption of food and that. It was amazing, I just came back to the game after some time, thinking that I've 'seen it all', but venturing out in to the woods you find so many new things, one that sticks out and is when I ventured north of chorrol I found this enchanting waterfall and spring. <3
Maybe if Skyrim featured some season changes I'd prefer it abit more, but constantly being stuck in late autumn/mid winter does take its toll.

Yeah that was exactly the way I played as well, living off nature and stuff with survival mods.
I even took it to a level where even the slightest wound could kill me if left unattended, and diseases were fricking DISASTROUS and required thorough healing through alchemy (not any altar bullsnow healing).
And Cure Disease potions costed like 2000k. At early levels you couldn't afford to search old corpses or even talk to beggars, cuz if they infect you with their **** you're gonna be weak for ages.
The awesomest thing about survival mods though is that they instantly give you a reason to make money. Without food, drink and a place to sleep; you will not survive.
...
Get out of the sewers, oh **** I'm starving from that prison time... drag myself up to the market quarters... search some barrels for food, get some.
Make some random quests for some people to make enough money for a bed for the night, and treat myself to some tavern food.
And then it just goes on from there.
I am yet to be able to mod Skyrim this way. It'll come to it, but it'll take time.
