i honestly dont expect anything anymore from Heroes6
i dont think ubi will put much more effort on it!
we will get what we have and nothing more!
if you enjoy Heroes6 vanilla you will enjoy expansion
if not then dont expect many things from Shades expansion

Agreed. Technically, last week there were no news at all, just a 'lololo wait 3 more months' announcement. So it's been 2 weeks without any news, gameplay-related. It's high time they show something new.

He was only if you wanted. Default was might, but that was only a Bug Imho (forgot to change the first DLC settings)
He is magic when you finish the DLC and have him in your dynasty.

Well, Ubisoft didn't post Vein and Belketh bios yet (at least on FB and they removed them from US MM site), so dont' be surprise if we get them soon.

Vein is just a butcher who's gotten softer I guess they overplay the seen-it-all card.
Raelag is a might hero, Sandro's might affinity was the result of a bug. At first I was a bit surprised but let's not forget that H5 had class limitations. After all he did jump from a might demonlord to a magic class which is enough of a contradiction by itself. As a demonlord it showed that he knew a few things about fighting and he also had a knowledge of blades and poisons as a warlock which is more of an assassin thing.

I would actually be happy if the would first finish the DoC story, where Vein is introduced befor they would set him in a different game.

Not like there's a lot of character development in doc, you get a flavour of what the Windswords members are about but I haven't seen anything essential. In fact I barely even remembered Vein, think he only appeared once.
PS the shades campaign is set some 100 years after H6. You still get to learn what's happened in the meantime though.

He is just a trainer in tutorial. I don't remember his appearance anywhere futher in campaign.
And I wish DoC would have a stroy. So far we got barely nothing, just pack of adventures of mercenary company on their way from point A to point B.
Where is all this Void Order threat represented by Ariana? Or where is Blackskull Clan story? Or Shanriya Nagas and dauthers of Eternal Empress imprisoned in ice of Deep Mountans? Or Dragon Knight Kieran (Cate missing brother)? Etc.
I know this game was created mainly for PvP duels and tournaments but as DoC has campaign it would be good to have any progress in there.

I think most of this will appear. Atleast Kieran and Ariana.. but not now... we know the story is written, so why don't they just publish it.
And make an option to replay the campaign with full texts.. He was there once I think. When the orc tried to talk to the naga writer...

Didn't even know that Kieran is a dragon knight, where did you hear that avonu? Doesn't seem right for a mercenary.. I think the story about Cate's missing brother is revealed in that comic book though I do not know if it has been translated in English yet.

well there is some basic info about him in Heroes VI.
In Cates Bio. As she left her children to find her last living brother Kieran, why here other brothers died in the war wit Thuidane
