I call the tactics "full house", you guys shall figure out the Rest...
However, if you really want to give up, you can find the solution in a German Forum, drachenwald.net. But I know you can do better!!
(I know, thanks for playing btw!)

That means my calculations were right! But I think you begin the wrong way: You dont need hypno more than one time...

This means positioning imps and one summoned elemental in such way that both rust can't attack and imps can't move later after hypnotize is gone?
Ahh, blind the imps? Yes, makes sense.

well, you can name it full house, this doesn't give the solution. Done by blinding the imps, nicely tuned battle.
Just to find the next one attacking me. Are you in a masochist club or?

This guy is supposed to kill you
(Although its possible to kill large amounts of units with the things you should still have on your side, but you found a solution I did not want to happen: test 95% alone because of leak of willing testers -> leave holes open)

Ah, I was so fixed on blocking the Rust Dragons from attacking friendly units within the castle that I didn't consider not letting the Rust Dragons enter the castle at all!
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Common_barriers_to_problem_solving#Mental_Set
I have never seen such a tactic of keeping flying troops from going in by filling the castle, as obvious as it seems in hindsight. Not even in masochist Chinese maps. I'm impressed and thankful for you teaching me something new!
What are the odds of you translating that map to English? It looks very interesting... I'd definitely try it out

Fights like this one are exactly the ones I love to place in my maps. Unfortunately, these often require very specific "inputs", so are hard to place in the middle of the map. However, there are a few more of these...still I think I should remove the screenshots for the sake of other people just randomly stopping by, but intending to beat the map on their own.
I would like to, but I dont get behind the mechanics for import/export options of editor...thanks for your kind response though

Yep, me too, I was 1000 hundred miles from thinking to fill all castle area, thanks for "second" solution. I would call it "alive force field" rather than full house still.

I always thought "alive force fields" were hypnoed/blinded creatures?

Very creative solution, never saw it in other maps (played almost all).
Which proves H3 is far from being exhausted.

For people who think this map is their taste, you can download it here, as maps4heroes seems to be down (with the flaw of the battle with Sir Lock along with some other bug fixed)

Well, export works, of course. But once I try to import, it gives me an error...
