The Nerfhammer is unforgiving  An extra draw per turn sounds very nice still. People will just have give up on this cheesy build and build proper decks.

Loving my new combo with Adar:
Void wraith + fiery rage + cursed bound (8 cost)
Put void wraith in front of creature with debuffs!
Damn, talk about Necro with some rush!
Just won my first swiss with it

And proper deck will look like what? 3-6-3 build? :S
Not saying that it is impossible, but it will be really hard to play with him if you are going for his special.

The fix today was for replay files. Previously as soon as the game started you could open the replay file and view the entire contents of your opponents deck. Now the replay file is not created until the game is over and you leave the battleground.

Not so much with all those magic channel units. And academy has plenty of low level units that can benefit from week of recruitment. It is easy to imagine a nuking deck with magic resistant, hard hitting units.
Your cards do not have to require 3/6/3 either. My Morgan is normally 3/4/2 with 4 might for Anael but from there it's easy to add a point in attack and fortune(5/4/3) to benefit from the special. Of course it would be easier to go for 5/1/4 but the spells have good synergy with that build and cover both a rush and long game. Sometime I might try fortune with a few soothsayers.

It is still considered cheating, and he knows your cards while you don't know his, he is in advantage already with his planning. If you aren't playing swiss, you have enough time for everything.
Btw, currently testing Nergal slowpoke(just for testing, I hate these kind of decks), and it is stupidly powerful even without single one Throne of Renewal, I don't have any. I feel pathetic, people can't do anything, they just sit there and watch you recycle all your important spells, fortunes and paos, while you poke them... slowly...

What do you mean everything is random? The cards that you will get in next few turns?
So let me ask you this, you are playing against Adar-Malik with your Garant, you get in the hand Succubus and Dark Assassin? What will you play?
Now, another scenario, you see his hand, and he has Firebolt, it is obvious that Dark Assassin will be just a waste, so you will play Succubus, or he doesn't have Hangman Tree nor Firebolt and Dark Assassin then is obvious choice.
There is certainly big advantage when you know enemy's hand.

Lol
Love playing poker - but there you only have 2 cards! A little different!
Knowing what's in opponent's hand in DoC is really good for slowpokes and OTK's....if you play rush...who cares?
