I dont have a particular desire to be Hillary's defender, I really don't, but given the partisan, almost hysterical opinions here, I'm almost forced to be:
Comey issued his report on Mrs Clinton without ever having spoken with Lynch. Lynch is not some ubiquitous Force that hovers in every corner of the justice department. Which once again leaves some people here following gut insticts that a cloak and dagger bribe or cover-up was at work. It's a prejudice attitide: prejudice meaning "to pre-emptively set your mind against somebody". You insist some undetected communication occurred where foul play was afoot, and it's impossible to prove a negative, so there's nothing that can satisfy such a thought.

If it was undoubted proof than everyone would change their minds accordingly. This thread makes little sense to me anymore, everyone is just throwing around mud it's pathetic.

I was a Bernie guy, I don't like Hillary as a person really. Her speeches are dull and pandering. But is she the best candidate? When I compare him to Trump she seems like a godsend. Indeed a qualified person for president. That matters more than her awkward attempts to look human while taking a metro.

Forever taking the piss out of every Amrican for falling for what is basically a successfully erstablished brand name - not unsimilar to the Might & Magic brand, before Ubisoft got hold of it and demonstrated that brand expectations can be in for a severe disappointment.

The president doesn't have the constitutional power to dissolve the US - he would also be the last to do it because by dissolving the US he'd "dissolve" himself as well.

US president has no power. It suffices to see how fast Obama promises, both about gun rights and health care, have been put in pieces by the congress -made from different lobbies acting in their own interest only. The false dilemma over "Trump or Hillary" is only a pretext so people could affirm their "righteous" position over the other camp. Is internet drama.
You are shocked by Trump dumb idea of building a wall but you vocally support Hillary while she takes loads of money from foreign governments whose laws punish by death or jail random people because their sexual or religious preferences? Then just "lol" at you, you are just as sectarian and blind as the other camp.

The BUSH family 30 years ago made a deal with the House of Saud, the king family of Saudi ARabia - protection and weapons for oil. The BUSH family. The family of the two presidents leading the US into a war each on behalf of Kuwait and Saudi Arabia, protecting them when they provoked the Iraqi attack on Kuwait.
When the Clinton foundation lifted the restriction on taking donations from all over the world, it was clear countries like Saudi Arabia might make donations. So?
In fact Clinton held a speech after Orlando, explicitely naming Saudi Arabia and Kuwait (as the first American politician officially) and demanding they should stop funding terrorism which brought her annoyed reactions from them.

False. I don't know why you don't understand that while the organization is indeed called The Clinton foundation, it is is not the same as Hillary Clinton. In fact Hillary isn't even a member on the foundation’s board. The organization and the person both have Clinton in their name, so I guess it is very confusing 
You can attack her on taking Wall Street lobbyist money etc. or the policies of Clinton Foundation back then when it took oh so wrong dirty money from arabs.

This goes beyond naivety but I will, nonetheless, try to explain you one more time. When you publicly advocate for equal rights for everyone -moreover you base an important part of your campaign on, then you accept, personally or using a proxy as a foundation, bribes from organizations or governments who advocate the opposite, you are nothing more than a hypocrite. A liar.

Reminds me of a person who called me a hypocrite for critizising overpopulation yet I don't kill myself to make the world less crowded.
Anyhow it is a friggin charity. The money goes to helping people. In your world because the charity was founded by Clintons "it is bad, mmkay".

What? You mean, when you have a non-profit organization you have to check each and every donation on whether the donator may be in line with the general goals of said organization? And when it's doubtful you must give the money back or you are a liar? That's really, really silly.
Donations aren't bribes because you cannot buy anything with a donation - that's why it's called donation, not a bribe.
This is different, when you NEED financial funding - say for a campaign - and you don't get it. Obviously, when someone steps up with the words, "ok, I'll donate [high amount of $] to your campaign", there's obviously a quid pro quo.
But the Clinton foundation isn't really needing 25 mio $ from Saudi Arabia, and it would be completely ridiculous to assume that Saudi Arabia can buy/bribe the potential future president of the US with a donation of 25 mio dollars to a non-profit organisation.
