I pretty much agree with the last part, sadly no Heroes game will be close to H3 in that regard. But if there are improvements in other fields then I can forgive them for not being as stable and functional as H3.

I don t know how many games of heroes 5 is playing currently.. but there s always heroes 3 multiplayer game with hamachi, game ranger, trundle... And when i was searching for games i noticed there was less heroes 5 games.
Love or hate a new game isn t the point, the point is the progress and how it can be share. If multiplayers games are too slowly (uh who said no simultaneous turn...) it s the probably cause internet games in general need to be faster, programmers need to take into account that this heroes 7 can t be played turn by turn... but i m pessimistic about that.

If they show either Necropolis or Stronghold on the upcoming stream, which would you rather see?
Personally, I'm in favour of Stronghold. While I know there's card game art to consult, but even with those, I have a hard time visualizing what these new desert orcs are supposed to look like. Necropolis is easy to imagine; Ashan's desert Stronghold, less so.

I'd favour Stronghold as well. Just because I like Stronghold best.
But I have my doubts about it. I doubt they'll show many new things and we'll get a Haven vs. Academy stream.

anyone have suspects over upvote counts? that hydra comment has +40 upvotes over a one night, i think its really weird and unnatural.

Actually I was thinking on the toxic, green glow they had in H6. Like Dungeon's shades of purple...

How Necropolis looks is an important factor which would influence if I buy or not h7, so I hope we see necropolis next

h3 is best for me. my reasons:
-4 elemet magic(i still think this is best version to classify magic schools)
-fast gameplay.
-easy to understand and play(interface, camera, easy clicking things, beign able to see everything etc etc...). this is the most important to me.
-very good atmosphere(artsyle, music, animations..)
-very different and high number of factions.
-lots of maps.
what i want is combination of h5 + h6, with mostly h3 systems, new features on adventure map, improvements on little details and interface + high quality music + better ai from previous games + good multiplayer experience.
edit: tiny rivers from h3 i want them back.

I really hope for a good Necropolis myself. As I said someplace else, the Pyramid and Obelisks are a complete turn off for me. I want that feel of haunted halls and crypts back. No more toxic green or the like, just natural colors from natural sources.
Oh, how I miss the old Necropolis atmosphere...

does anyone even want green necro? i dont like that theme too.
to me:
h3 necro = cool
h5 necro = still good atmospher but i didnt like that too damn high tower forest.
h6 necro = glad to remove tower forest, but somehow it has the worst atmosphere in series.
what i want from h7 necro?
-no main color code(if i have to i pick, i pick black with blue-ish colors, but absolutely not toxic green.).
-haunted feeling with sounds of wind, bells and such.
-more skeletons, liches, zombies as heroes.
-not too obvious world cultural combo like "obelisks+pyramid+lamasu" at least make a mix of cultures.

I think Egyptian and Mesopotomian styles alone are very cool and "atmospheric" and I certainly love such Necro. But I agree that H6 Necro wasn't "haunted" and to me it's a great mystery how developers could have made egyptian death town not "haunted" or at least not scary. It's a "feat" of sorts imo, to achieve that level of fail.
And I do like toxin green tbh, it matches black&white well. But not in such quantities that in H6. That goes for Dungeon too - I like purple, but they had too much of it.
