I don't know why they made Sar-Elam's gender fluid though. It would make much more sense if it was Asha.
Yeah and to do this, they even went back in time to change my Compendium printed in 2012 and having the exact same text.
It's hopeless if you don't understand it's not a quick change they just made on a whim but something assumed since before Heroes 6.

About Sar-Elam's gender.
I think the Seventh Dragon is "he" as written in that said Compendium as well (p.13 for example).
But Ashan people don't know what gender he actually is.
It's like "we know that Sandro will fail and die, but Vein doesn't".

Both soundtracks are bit to loud for the adventure map in my opinion. I would prefer if the map tracks(provided these are map tracks)were a bit quieter. They both sound good though.

I downloaded one of them and it still has that static in the background. I don't think the original would sound like this, it's poor quality.

How to Make Academy a Better Faction
Hi, so Inferno isn't part of H7 but Academy is and I just thought of the best possible lineup for Academy and I would like to share it with you guys.
What do you think?
Academy - once the Silver Cities was divided into three Magical Guilds. The Wizards, the Necromancers and the Sorcerers. The Wizards are a mix of humans and djinns, the Necromancers, humans and the undead while the Sorcerers, humans and jackals. The Sorcerers grew powerless and somewhat forgotten except by a few of its most loyal followers. Years after the Necromancers left the Silver Cities, the Sorcerers grew in power again and became an influential magical guild in the Silver Cities.
Now, they serve the magical army again. They want the Silver Cities to be called "Magical Army" instead of "the Wizards". You'd enraged a Sorcerer if you say the latter.
Core
1. Cabir/Master Cabir
Cabirs has lived up to their titles as cute but deadly. Aside from Cabir’s ability to repair Golems and Titans, they can hurl firebombs to opponents in area of effect. With their bad accuracy, this doesn’t always hit but if it does, the damage is significant. This may also hit allies.
range, foot, walker
2. Iron Golem/Steel Golem
Due to being mechanical, Golems cannot be mind controlled, decayed or blind. They also cannot be slowed. They are the backbone of the Magical fighting army. They may be slow but their fighting ability more than makes up for it. Steel Golems are enchanted with special steel that anyone they are adjacent to will suffer more from magical damage. This makes them in perfect tandem with Jackals.
melee, foot, walker
3. Apprentice/Disciple
young magicians who can't decide whether to become a wizard or sorcerer start out as Apprentice. Apprentice shots a magical blue orb in a straight line, though strong, it hits every creature in its path. This means it attacks both friends and foes alike. They also have a variety of other spells. They will also have no range penalty. Disciples reduce mana cost of spells for every hero and creature in the army to up to 25%.
range, floating
Elite
4. Djinn/Marid
Fast and strong but fragile, Djinns are best when they stay away from battle and use their buffs/curse abilities instead then only attack when the time is right. Djinns can randomly buff an ally or curse an enemy. They also have magic resistance. When they’re upgraded to Marid, their magics are stronger, including resistance. Marids will also learn to create a shield to completely block themselves from physical attacks making them a whole lot sturdier. The shield's hp depends on the number of Marids and shield does not stack and has a 4-turn cooldown.
melee, floating
5. Rakshasa/Asura
Rakshasas and Asuras are egomaniacs and rightfully so. They are extremely good at martial arts that even the Blade Dancers cannot match. They are extremely important to the Magical army which is why both the Wizards and Sorcerers treat them with utmost respect. Rakshasas are well-roundedly strong and fast. They have the Dash ability which increases their speed. Asuras can counter any enemy retaliation. If an opponent retaliates, Asuras has a chance to block the attack and launches a counter attack. Chances of counter attack can be increased by Dash.
melee, foot, walker
6. Jackal Mystic/Jackal Magus
masters of sorcery, Jackals are one of the creatures everyone avoids to be enemies. They are the ultimate caster-creature. Jackals don’t have a normal attack. They always fire with eldritch arrows. This also consumes their mana. If they run out of mana, they can’t do anything. They can regenerate their mana by resting or not moving for that turn. Jackal Magus can teleport anywhere in the battlefield but they have to have 2/3 mana to do it. They can also cast meteor shower.
caster, foot, walker
Champion
7. Colossus/Titan
Colossus and Titans are the greatest achievement a Wizard could ever make. Colossus are endowed with the power of the wind while Titans are endowed with the power of lightning. Both can do a massive damage. Titans can summon a violent storm that attacks anyone under it. Both Colossus and Titans are immune to blind, mind control and decay. Titans are strong and are hard to kill. They also have an increased defense on magical attacks.
range, foot, walker
8. Sphinx/Androsphinx
while Colossus are the greatest achievements of a Wizard, Sphinx are the greatest achievements of a Sorcerer. Their mere presence encourages magic. They have this aura of magic that their presence alone increases magical damage to anyone in the battlefield. They also increase mana regeneration of both heroes and creatures making them a favorite tool of Sorcerers and Jackals.
melee, flying

I went to hahakocka's channel but didn't find them. And I went for the original but it's from China and it loaded very slowly. Today I waited some minutes for it to load and I must say that they both sound great. Thanks for the link.
@Jeremiah, interesting line-up. It is maybe a bit too magic oriented? It fits the faction, but you have 3 units, Cabir, Disciple and Jackal, that can cast spells and they get magic support from Golems and Sphinx. Not to mention that with the Colossus you'd have 4 range creatures. But I like the concepts of Jackal and Sphinx, and considering that Academy is a desert faction I think that the egyptian theme fits better than with Necropolis.
Anyway, we already know what the Academy line-up brings so there's no reason to start imagining things Frankly, I'm pleased with what creatures we got, except the Magic Bird but maybe it can be a relevant creature... Nevertheless I appreciate your thoughts on the matter.
