With all respect, that is still your interpretation. But either way, for all I know the developers may also see it that way, it wouldn't surprise me if they do, but I still find it an inelegant design.

Humans can breed. Angels and Faceless cannot.

I am with Alcibiades on this one, Faceless indeed feel like they'd be on par with an Angel. To have them under the Celestial and even under the Swordmaster is counter-intuitive if not even an outright mistake. I can't understand why Ubi felt they had to put them in Elite tier, had they been Champions I dare say Blade might've lead the vote in this moment.

Yes, they can. But Angels breed very very slowly. And Faceless simply choose not to.

They were elite tier in the last game, so it's not like they got a downgrade.

What do you mean it's an inelegant design? Surely you don't think all Elder races should be on par with each other, like Elves with Angels?

i dont see why Faceless "must" be champion tier?
they can be elite, and can be champion
if they were core that would be absurd,
otherwise both elite and champion makes sence

During the previous vote I got the vibe that people voted for Dungeon because of Nostalgia and to return to the H3 Dungeon.
Now I see Shield has the lowest votes.
