If I remember from my experience, it wasn't clear until you drag the spell by the left mouse button.
Moreover, it didn't always work.

Depends where you key comes from, if from uplay, activate it via uplay , if from steam, from steam. Then you download the beta from the uplay launcher.

ai turns take an eternity, the 8 player map is simply unplayable. Literally 5 minute turns for ai. :S

It's a lot more fun now that there are an abundance of units instead of just haven and academy. I'm glad all the neutrals are in.
While it's definitely not "back to the roots" or even close to it...the game is enjoyable. I'm liking sylvan a lot more, but it's probably because I hate most everything about dungeon.

I think they need to make flanking attacks more opportunistic, or limit it to certain creatures as has been stated by other community members

I think I can't stress enough how horrible this camera is, and I remember it being the first thing which intuitively irked me ever since the fan day. How can a 3D game be so stiff. I mean, I can't move my viewpoint at all. I'd fancy a more top down view or something closer to H5 angles. But just like this is simply unbearable.

Now i just don t care about H7, UBI is like "all of you are doing this, so i ll do the contrary"
All of your cars are driving on the rigth side of the road. OK, you ll drive on the left.
All games has the same flanking system. OK, you ll do something different whatever if it s none sense.
All games are using fog of war. OK, bring an option to see your ennemies in the fog of war.
....
I feel the game has been done with each devs in their own side, and they are not communicate between them. In the old series, whatever if you were a programmer or a graphic worker, a multiplayer dev,.. you would always give your opinion and exchange on the game.
Nothing will be done for OP racial skill, nothing will be balance here. Diplomacy will snowball again and again. Now i ve just open my eyes when i saw members of UBI coming into this forum to answer "wisely" to our question...
