Haven Magic Hero alternative, no onion rings nor silly wings!
Also thought white dress didn't fit well Wolf Duchy so changed it to dark red:
Special thanks to my buddy Lizard for giving me a hand removing Elrath's crosses in Photoshop, I would have swore those were cursed!

It's amazing that the game is not even out yet and we already have great mods. Thank you guys! It's an amazing work!
I love new textures on Haven's hero, but I don't understand why did you change the Elrath symbols (sun-crosses). In Ubi's era it's a iconic part of Haven.
I don't really like Sylvan town. It's even more generic than in Heroes V. You say that Necropolis screams Warcraft, I say Sylvan screams Lineage II and Korean MMORPGs in general.
Necropolis town looks fine. It finally seems to be impressive. It failed to do so in the previous installment, but now it's grim, dark and bad. That's good .

No problem It looks awesome, but I'd also recommend to change the staff geometry a little as it still resembles Erwan's cross. Just delete the polygons making the two halves of onion ring and those ugly teeth, maybe chop a bit of the staff's pointy end.

Remember what they said : "the models will be modified to fit Ashan"  This translates to spikes and spiders

Ubi already made a mod out of the priest model I'm glad people voted for it, we need more remodels.

That's only the model, as the effects and particles are stored in a different file. For example here we have the Ice Cream Cone Elemental:

I definitely agree, to be sure a maximum of Erwiness is being removed I redid that part from scratch.

You owe me a beer. Got a few problems with modifying the geometry in order to sculpt the skull out of his face, I could have made a skull from scratch faster I guess

Shouldn't we be less enthusiastic and not vocal about the modding opportunities? I don't want to be paranoiac, but Ubi can hear us.. I bet they are ready to "protect game files for our convenience". Let me start it: OH! IT'S SO BAD THAT WE CAN OPEN THE FILES. IT'S TERRIBLE. I DON'T LIKE MODS AT ALL! I LOVE SPIDERS! AND SPIKES! I LOVE SPIDERS AND SPIKES!
