lmao, Ghost sure doesn't bleep around 
tough one. Pandora has Geny who zealously defends the blue lady,and brings half the IDF with him to do so, and Kooka's an aussie which means she can't be killed by conventional weapons other than Australian wildlife. And knowing how crazed aussies are, she brings a crap ton of venomous snakes amd is riding atop of a salt water croc. they figjt for a bit, IDF gets rekt for the first time, Pan and Kookie has a laugh about it, and go jave some boobins afterwards. it's a draw.

Easy. They have an epic pillow fight in Pandora's private room in the ModSquad HQ (they still reserve a room for her for old times sake). So they both win. And no one has a spare key to the room, so none of us gets to see it and we all lose.
