Youīve got 2 glasses of wine. One with red wine, the other one with white wine.
No you take a spoonful of the white into the red glas, stir this and then you take a spoonful from this stired one back into the white.
Now the question: Is there more white wine in the red glas than red wine is in the white glas or is it the other way around or is it equal?
Solution WITH explanation, please
However, if just considering two different glasses, and assuming that the white you're talking about in the first place, is white wine, then assuming also that the spoonfuls are equal, and contains less volume than half of the filled cup, then the cup with originally white wine will still have more white wine, if after some was mixed with the red wine and poured back.
...now I assume one of my answers must be correct...
Now letīs see. Therefore english is not my mother language, i think i didnīt really understood your post completly, but for the solution it sounds a little bit to complicated.
However, the part of your solution, that comes near the truth, iīve quoted above, but itīs NOT the right solution.
Perhaps i will explain it with a similar idea:
Youīve got two bottles. Each bottle is filled with 100 small balls. In one bottle there are 100 red balls (furtherone we call this bottle "the red one"), in the other bottle there are 100 white balls (furtherone we call that bottle "the white one"). The color of the bottles is NOT interesting.
Now you take a handfull of balls out of "the red one" and give it into "the white one". After that, you take a handfull (important: SAME number of balls as before!) out of "the white one" (which is filled with a handfull of "strangers" (red balls) now!) and give this back to "the red one".
Now the question:
In which bottle are more "strangers" or is it equal?
Now i hope it sounds a little bit clearer

Perhaps my english isnīt that good, so i have to say that both cases should be the same procedure, but the second is a little bit easier to imagine.
The question should be the same as well.
Is this riddle to hard to understood or to hard to solve?

About the two glasses of wine...
If you take a spoonful from white to red, stir, and take a spoonful in the opposite direction, the originally white glass will be mostly white wine, but will also have some red. The red glass will be the exact opposite. So I assume both mixes are kinda equal.

correct! (I sound like a gameshow host)
The clock losing one minute every hour would only show the correct time every 30 hours, and the clock that lost a minute every 24 hours is only correct every 720 days! The clock that doesn't work is correct every 12 hours.
