Hawai?

Yeahh Romana, you´re right. Many others forget Hawaii and answer something like Florida, Maine or Alaska.

Now let´s have some new riddles:

1. If a wheel has 64 spokes, how many spaces are there between the spokes?

2. If you were blindfolded and placed in front of a large bowl containing $50, $20, $10 and $5 bills, and you were allowed to take one bill at a time until you have taken four bills of the same denomination, what would be the largest amount of money you could draw?

3. What occurs once in every minute, twice in every moment, yet never in a thousand years?

4. If it takes six men six days to dig six holes, how long will it take one man to dig half a hole?

5. Before Mount Everest was discovered, what was the highest mountain on earth?

6. Six glasses are in a row. The first three are filled with milk, and the last three are empty. By moving only one glass, can you arrange them so that the full and the empty glasses alternate?

I´m looking forward to you´re solutions

first off i said alaska cause it is much much bigger then hawaii thereforth there is more water in the direct visinity maybe (if your rubber ducky in in a pool and there is water all around it, does that mean it is touching more water then a sailboat at the dock?)

1: 63
2: 200+80+40+20 = 340
3: i dont remember buti used to know
4: you cant dig half a hole
5: mount everest would be the obvious answer but we will never know the true answer, what about the dinosaur age? bug mountains fell down, so everest probably wasnt the biggest.
6: poor glass two into glass 5

1. What is significant about 3661 seconds past midnight on 1st January 2001?

2. What's the least number of chairs you would you need around a table to sit four fathers, two grandfathers, and four sons?

3. What is the difference between a dollar and a half and thirty five-cents.

4. I have 10 red socks and 10 blue socks in a drawer. How many socks must I take out to ensure that I have at least one matching pair? One how many to ensure I have at least a pair of red and a pair of blue?

5. A clock chimes 5 times in 4 seconds. How many times will it chime in 10 seconds?

6. Who killed one-fourth of mankind?

7. And i hope you don´t get dizzy from the last one

When the day after tomorrow is yesterday, today will be as far from Wednesday as today was from Wednesday when the day before yesterday was tomorrow. What is the day after this day?

I´m looking forward to your suggestions

a simple one..

what room has no walls,no floors,no ceilings and no doors?

and..when can a net hold water?

and..this is the big one...

A judge said, son,if you tell me the truth,I'll let you go,but if you tell me a lie, you're going to prison.

what did the criminal say to put the judge in a difficult spot?

As for the table sitting riddle, I take it the answer is 4 then.  I thought at first to beconsidered a son, your father had to be at the table also, but I get it now.

So I say 4.  2 grandfathers and 2 fathers.  All 4 are sons of somebody, all 4 are fathers, and 2 of them are grandfathers.
