Just sad, so sad...
Why do this things keep on happening...? It is just so dissgusting and pathetic...
A friday evening I am getting ready for a night of good time and hanging with some friends, I'm all moosed up and good to go just when my mom calls me to the living room to check out another violent moment in jewesh - muslem history.
A jewesh extremist and his wife (not jewesh) tried to blow up or at least deal some damage to a full church of people in the holly christian town of Nazrat.
Why? What makes a person go and do stuff like this?
It just caused so much disturbance and anger on a quite friday night. Why not stay at home and enjoy a family time with your wife Haim?
I guess this stuff will just keep on happening for years to go...
So sad, so really sad... Ruined a good evening for me and took away all of my partying mood.

I'm arranging my backpack now, only the most needed things though, maybe a toothbrush, whole bunch of underwear and a lot of white shirts so I will be ready to leave immidiately when I recieve my "zav 8", a document stating that under the code of Israely law I must arrive to a specified meeting point in no longer than 4 hours.
After todays events, 2 kidnapped soldiers and 7 killed ones in a tank explosion near the Lebanonian border Israel is calling it's reserves to start an all out war on hizballah. The only thing I can say is that I will do my share no matter what is going to be required of me, to defend my country, my fellow soldiers, the reserves and all of my friends and relatives.
The hizballah has gone too far, though it's probably Israel to blame for messing up again during the watch time and gettin 2 more reserve soldiers taken hostages, and after that going through the border to try and stop the terrorists from hiding the soldiers in Sirya... An action that cost 7 more young lives, guys who are just 20 - 22, tank commander and his crew all gone in one big blast, everything they have done in their lives before that incident is now forever to be erased... They will not go to college, they will not get married, have kids and a happy family, get drunk or high again or just relax on the bright and sandy beach, nothing of that.
I really do not know if I'm going to be called for a reserve duty, if the IDF (Israely Defence Force) needs me there with my army proffesion of an ambulance driver, to think of it they are always needed. Maybe I won't go into the heat of the battle, but will reinforce other bases which will send their drivers to this mission, either way I will go no matter for how long... Could be days, week, couple of weeks, a month who cares when you are dealing with such an organization like hizballah nothing is clear.
I'm not saying that Israel is a goody 2 shoes, but try putting yourselves in its place, would you like one of your main city bieng constantly bombarded by the "Kasam" missiles that only increase their range with every month that goes by? Soon they will land in Ashkelon a city located near the sea and is considered one of the bigest in south Israel with a population of 400,000 people. So far we could only cross fingers and hope that they will miss, there have already been casualties and injured not to mention huge property damage in Sderot a small town near the southern border. What are Sderots citezens guilty of to be marked as missile targets...? Some measures of self defence just have to be considered and some actions were needed to be taken, they won't stop the launching anyway else, when talks are useless you must not be afraid to get dirty and to take the matters in your our hands.
This all has gone really too far and out of hand, however I seriously doubt that our new dumb secretary of defense has the balls to go through with a massive retaliation mission, but I would have surely liked to participate in one. I really hope to see my good buddies from the army again by my side, oh those were some good old times, the green and used B class uniform is calling me "Mikey... Mikey come put me on again after one and a half long years, put your shiny ranks on it, you will like the feeling..."
I'm going to try it on, ahhh still smells like a rotten warehouse

Well preferably since the battle should be held on a mountainious battlefield perhaps the first reserves to get zav 8 will be the former "Golani" devision soldiers who specialize in fighting on in the mountain enviroment.
Maybe the second ones would be "Duvdevan" (cherry) devision who are trained in the urban fighting techniques, that's if the battle will reach populated enemy area.
Neither was my devision, actually I was in the airforce but the IDF always needs its drivers especialy ones like me who were put through several courses over the years of service and are capable of operating many different vehicles of different sorts.
Edit: Well it's on now...
The airforce made around 30 strikes already and the ground troops are searching under every rock, our army is going to Beirut...
Hizballah say they are ready for a fight, well then they will get it for sure...

im from israel,and i hear the bombing very close couse i live near haifa...day by day it gets worse,the cops walk around with heavy armor,and helmets,sincei volonterr there so do i...
we are on alert8 here which is highest,in my city 3 days ago 2 rockets fell,and killed 3 men,5 min from my house,today 4 rockets more fell into my city,this is anoying,yes israely forces mobilise into lebense teritory,and its about time,im sorry im racist and all,but this is my anger! to hell with them!

Yeah well many people are moving away from the north to settle in the central area, just today we had a nice young couple who moved in next to us and they were from Naharia. When young couples decide to move most of them do not return to their home towns and just remain where they are, they seem like they love each other so much that they won't risk one of them getting killed by a rocket so they will probably stay in my hood for good.
The others who have no places to escape to are spending the last 8 days living in the bombshelters isolated from the world outside, what a way for children to spend their summer vacation...
This is a real war and not only a little conflict we have here but life goes on pretty much normaly at least in the central area of Israel where I'm from, oh I'm glad I wanted to live near Tel-Aviv... 
Sorry to hear about Haifa Antipaladin my brother, you should move out of there at least for a couple of weeks untill the IDF could stop hizballah from firing those katiushas...

True, they have committed terrorist actions that are intolerable.
But, and I am shocked that almost everybody is supportive about this extremely violent act of retaliation... Israelian forces are all but genociding the Lebanese people and nobody says a word?!
Run a body count and compare Israeli and Lebanese civilian victims from the past 2 weeks and you can not ignore it.
My thoughts are with the lost lives and broken families on both sides. I hope you guys don't join in this crazy war, and instead devote your energy trying to stop the madness, rather than heat things up more leading to more innocent casualties.

I hate those people who think that make peace is somthing so easy... you really think that israel doenst want peace? you really think that making peace is somthing that we do in a second? this is our last resort,we have no more opitnions! unless forcing them to peace,by killing everyone of the hizzbala Terrorist group.

What you are saying here "Wise"man is that you think we all should have been killed 44 years ago to save the world all of that trouble...
Why don't you try housing 500,000 muslims and let them arm themselves for 20 years, and when they'll think they need to go to heaven they'll start blowing themselves up everywhere causing severe casualties...

No, that is a completely sick interpretation of what I meant to say!  Every casualty of war is a waste of human potential.
What I'm saying is that this is not war, it's the Israeli military genociding the Lebanese people. Just look at the number of Lebanese civilian casualties and tell me how you would call this sort of conflict?

you say genocide? taking for insteance all the casulitys in the last 10 years from all the boombing of arabic terrorists in parts of israel. im pretty sure that the numbers arent as much diffrent as you claim.

Can you think of a way to solve this? I think,if they realise oursoliders it stops.Dammn right we defend ourselfs,and we strike back,to teach a lesson! you think that those skirmishes lasts forever?One ofus would likly start the war,sonner or later,the first one gets an advantge.He sended to haifa,that meant war!
israel send flayers in arabic,telling to people to go away,becouse the bombing there.Those civliains choosed to remine there knowing what would happen.Its not israel fualt.
