Stiven, your arguments seem to imply that penalties applied to you have nothing to do with your actions. I also encourage everyone not to bite Stiven's hook. Reacting to his evasions allows the creation of more drama and avoidance of Stiven's dealing with his own actions that caused the penalty.
Ignore his evasions, look at his actions.

actually i kept em there because i wanted to see if i was the next in line to get a penalty for miscensoring my words.
history and my experiences tell me, that in a position like this there is no point in keep posting.
because every thing that might be interpeted as some offensive now will be.
And the level this has taken is just ridicioulus.
First penalty i got was because i said someone has his head up a mods butt. Basically everything else in the post was not looked at, just that particular quote.
Then i get a penalty for not writing five ***** instead of a word that i dont even think should be censored.
I could give you hundreds of examples when these things are just ignored and not even a warning issued.
But something tells me its meaningless.
And honestly i dont even have enough energy to make an effort about this.
As i said in the beginning of my post, if i cant post on the same conditions as others i wont post at all.
And now i wont. I will probably check in from time to time. But thats it.
Now you can go "he left by himself" all you want. Because your words will stand left undisputed.
But if you honestly believe that, then you know nothing about me afterall.
My goal since the beginning of me post in tavern was that everyone were to be treated the same way.
Obviously i failed. I dont like failure. But nor do i like fighting for something that more and more seems like a lost cause. Off course the people thats directed too will have no idea what im talking about, but then those are the very same people that couldnt think of a bonus they had given to someone they disagree with. I think that says alot 
i have better things to focus my energy on.
If things improve i might start posting here again, otherwise i probably will be back eventually to make my resignation post.
As for my "game", feel free to take it over and hopefully make it one of the best threads this place has seen. My only condition, if i am to make one. Is that i want pandora to have no part in it whatsoever.
As for the people i like here.. stay safe. You should know who you are, and yes tossdeal.. you are one of em. You actually remind me of me when i first started out here, now you got yourself some boots to fill
asmo, djive and ds.. help val out with the place now.

People will remember you as a martyr leaving this way Sir_Stiven. If that's what you want then Good Riddance. I thought you were better than this. Too bad you can't admit when you did something wrong. And even when you do, it's in a roundabout way that still points the finger at someone else. Just recently I had a good chat with Val about my actions of late 2004. I wasn't taking responsibility for my actions. I was pointing the blame at others, because I felt targeted.
The fact of the matter is that pointing the finger only adds to the problem. If you are doing something that does not help, then keep quiet and take care of yourself.
When you accuse someone of their faults, 90% of the time it's immediately after you were accused and/or penalized. Your accusations are almost always done in retaliation. If you take care of yourself, people will take what you are trying to improve as genuine rather than simply a retaliation.
So I'll assume you are feeling how I felt, because I don't think you are that bad of a guy. Take some time and work out your own issues before you start pointing at others.
I think there should be something in the Faq/Rules about giving each other criticism and getting criticism from the mods. It seems like most of these fights spiral out of control.

I personally would like Stiven to stay. He adds a element to HC, and says what needs to be said when it needs to be said.
It's true though. Hundreds of words go uncensored, and never a warning. People actually try to make the word appear like putting a "!" instead of "i." Talk about a language QP out of nowhere...
Stiven stay, and keep fighting the battle that needs to be fought.

I would like to make a suggestion...
Has anyone ever suggested that Nebuka should get a +QP for starting the interesting & popular Thread "GoogleFights"? I know that it could be considered a "word game" by many, but I had never even considered the idea of doing something like that, before I came across his Thread. So, I would like to see him rewarded for sharing it with me...and many other members of HC.

Stiven, leaving is your choice..but I think your giving
up. I'm not talking about all these arguments over
+qp or -qp...who really cares about that! Its like a guy
driving a big car or a guy driving a little car. Do you
judge the guy by the car or the man on his own merits?
Somebody posts, do you listen more if they have 5 stars, or
does one judge the post on its merits?
I just wonder why you want to confront everybody all
the time. There is no conspiracy you against
the mods, and everyone else. There is nothing to struggle
here for. After all, we are just a bunch of people
hanging out in cyber space trying to have fun, and maybe
learn something.
I think we have the choice at each moment to make friends
or enemies or maybe ignore whoever we are with. Better
to make friends. Save the fight in your self for what
really matters.

I will say it straight up that it's a lame way to go dude.
You think you are some perfect created human Kilroy who is perfect.
Heres a reality check, we all mess up in life, we all make mistakes & we all learn from them.
You tho treat people like crap on here orless they prove to your level but if someone does one thang wrong, then you take it to the limit, talk your smack & then when someone voices out to you, then you run off like your the HC poster lord on here.
I wont swear so I just say forget you man your the most unforgiving person on here & one tiny wrong comes to you & you raise heck.
Look at me man, look how I been treated on here & look at all the crap I dealt with since I been here, I forgave most of them & it always got talked out but you think your too good for us that we have to tteat you the way you think you should be treated REGARDLESS of what you do to us.
Dude man learn to work your stuff out man if people did wrong to you then talk about it, man one of the worst situations is when one person thinks thier right & the other thinks likewise & acusations fly & then resentment & then running away.
Last thang as far as i seen from you Stiven., your not a man at all after what I been reading, You need to grow up & deal with it then run like a sissy.

Hey Pandora!
I like your idea of a Thread where we could write "alternate" Personal Pages for other members of this Community. It sounds like fun and I would welcome anyone to write something up about me, so that I could incorporate it into my actual PP.
I can see it now...

I know a few people who I would like to write a thing or 2 about , so if anyone feels the same way…let me know, or maybe tell Pandora to start that Thread, so that we can have some fun and share a few laughs!
I see this like posting "captions" under other peoples' pictures, but instead of being funny about the whole thing, we could actually include good opinions about each other. For example, we could use words like respected member, intelligent conversations, or true friend! I look forward to seeing what people think about me and volunteer to write something for anyone out there who would like me to.

For one, and for what it's worth, I don't want to see Stiven go. He adds alot to the site and brings valid points. Yes, they are sometimes hard to digest and he ain't the most diplomatic guy around, but that is why I love reading his posts so much.
It's too bad to see you and Pan not get along as you are both real good people inside.
Even if you don't win the fights, at least you did not stay silent. If the fight is lost and you failed, then so be it. But you don't need to leave for this issue. It is not worth giving up the people you like here in HC.
On a side note, I think RedSoxFan should get a QP for the mark you Territory thread. It took off like a rocket and many people are taking part. It's an awsome idea IMO.

"Mark Your Territory" is turning out to be super-fun!
I second the motion to have RSF rewarded with a +QP for creating his great game! I find it is built on an interesting concept that combines many various elements of HC and allows members to compete against one another, all while being able to joke around and throw a few tosses back-&-forth!!!
Not only should he be rewarded for the above reasons, but also because he continues to dedicate himself to the Thread and even continues to expand on the main idea, as well!
Well done, RSF! "Mark Your Territory" is as much fun as playing with myself...oops, I meant by myself! Hahaha!
