That is up to Val, but I don't see it happening. I will once again point to Www.fratching.com for anybody who is interested. A bit more lax..NOT a gaming forum..and they have specific areas for Religion, Politics, ect.

I doubt an adult-only subforum would be that useful. First, because nearly every HC member, except a few, are 18 or older. Second, some of the trouble-makers are 18 or older. So I don't think it'd do much in that regard.

If I had something to say in my official copacity Jolly, you would know it. As would everybody else. You want me to say what is on my mind, fine, but remember YOU asked for it. Rememeber this is not Moderator Mytical speaking, just Mytical.
Frankly I think I am not the only one 'whining'. You are also, and a lot worse then I am. You whine about Elodin, yet continue to throw out insults, respond when you claim it is pointless, and when somebody calls you out on it, you get offended. I had very high respect for you in Celestial Heavens, but I will be honest, currently I have lost all respect for you. It is not about your beliefs, but about how you go about it. Yeah, so Elodin is always saying 'you are lying blah blah blah'. Of COURSE he thinks your lying, because you don't AGREE with his OPINION.
Both are being childish, sticking their tongues out at each other (basically). It is also not about a 'mirror' as Elodin claims, because he will insult worse, and claim of lies if he doesn't agree with something. HOWEVER, two wrongs do NOT make a right.
That is why I only hint, because my posting this is JUST as wrong. However, I was ASKED, and I've always said..don't ask if you DON'T want to KNOW. You and Mvass have a beef, TAKE IT TO HCM. Being a broken record here solves nothing. You and Elodin have a beef, take it to HCM or JUST IGNORE HIM.
It's not easy though is it? Remember all those times I said I was going, got pulled back in, and you called me out on them? Well guess what, you have now said multiple times that you are no longer interested in continuing, yet I notice that you too are getting pulled back in. Interesting hmm?
Look at that thread, I mean honestly step back and LOOK at it. It is a disgrace. I'm actually ASHAMED of that thread. So yeah, I got a beef about that thread. It is no longer even something CLOSE to resembling a debate. It is childish mud slinging. On BOTH sides. GAH I know this will draw Elodin in, and this will go around and around and around AGAIN.
There it is. Yeah, I am just whining, go ahead Jolly, give me your worst. You want to KNOW, I will tell you. You won't like what you hear.

But on a more serious note: I don't see a reason for your ranting here. You act like if we NEVER EVER have tried to talk in a normal way with people like Elodin and TheDeath. The problem is, they just don't wanna listen. They don't care what others say. They continuously do the same all over again.
TheDeath just quotes and writes for the sake of "being present". Lately he more and more gets the response "Sorry, I don't have a clue what you have just said", because he jumps from one point to another without any connection. If he gets "caught" in a case where he is proven wrong (for example the "sharing" issue), he just uses the other's post and completely turns the point into another direction. He could also say "Ok, I have to admit, I have been wrong", but this will probably never been read in one of his posts.
Now of another member starts to act EXACTLY THE SAME way (like Doomforge in the same thread), even though he himself mentioned several times all participants should argue more reasonable), you start to think for yourself if everything is going well...
His post that time didn't make any sense (like TD's), and he completely ignored the point he was adressed to.
So where is your problem mvass?

And, upon typing that last sentence, I realised what's wrong with the OSM right now. Why are people just giving up halfway through? Why are they complaining here? Because they're not having fun. You see, when I'm debating - whether it's with Angelito, JJ, Death, or whomever - I'm having fun. I enjoy reading their posts and responding to them. If they try to prove me wrong, that's all the more fun for me. But when it looks like Sisyphean task, it's not fun at all. It all depends on your perspective. I think there's definitely been a shortage of fun here in the OSM - the only two people having fun seem to be me and Bak (and maybe Xerox).
What can we do to make it fun? (And don't answer with "Make X member do/stop doing Y!")

Exactly the same?
- I have not posted for the sake of being present. I created the thread and was like, expected to post in it since I asked people for opinion.
- I don't recall myself saying I don't have a clue what the other poster said in my thread... I merely asked to elaborate once
- Nobody has proven me wrong (the "sharing" issue wasn't my idea ) - how can you prove someone morally wrong on something as ambiguous morally as downloading?
- I never turned my point into something else, I actually kept repeating the same point
THAT's exactly the same? Or have you meant exactly opposite?

This thread is more than 6 years old and exactly half the posts have been since 24 Feb of this year.
And starting from that point in time....
The argument race is on....
JJ gets off to a fantastic start. It looks like nobody can catch him.
But wait! Who's this rapidly catching up from behind? It's The Death!
*Crowd goes wild*
TD still has a ways to go, but he's still gaining on JJ.
JJ notices TD gaining and puts on a burst of speed.
Look at him go ladies and gentlemen. He's burning up the raceway.
The race is moving so fast that the referee Mytical is having a hard time keeping up, but he's sure giving it his best shot.
What's this? We have another contender trying to make a showing. It's Mvass making his best effort to stay in the race. TheDeath seems to have lost a little steam. Mvass and TD are neck in neck fighting for second place with JJ still far in the lead.
*Crowd goes wild*
TD seems to be keeping slightly ahead of Mvass. And the other referee Angelito is right there with them to keep an eye on things.
The current standings have JJ ahead by far.
With the referee Mytical trying to keep up.
Far back are TheDeath with Mvass right on his heals and the referee Angelito watching them closely.
We still have a long way to go folks and anything can happen.
Well, it looks like TD and Mvass are slowing a little allowing Elodin to catch up from behind.
*Crowd goes wild*
JJ has slowed some more but still has a healthy lead.
Mvass and TD are tied for second.
The referee Mytical is still keeping up with JJ
And the referee Angelito is keeping just ahead of TD and Mvass
Elodin has almost caught up with TD and Mvass
Wait! What's this?
There seems to be some commotion in the stands - it seems like a spectator has run from the stands and given hugs to some of the racers, then escaped before the referees caught her. I've gotten word from the authorities that the fan may be someone by the name of Pandora.
*Crowd goes wild and cheers the blue lady from the stands*
This has been an exciting race ladies and gentlemen. We are 3/4 of the way through the race and the current leaders are
JJ in first
TD
Mvass
Elodin and Azagal tied for fourth
So let's see just how much stamina these contestants have to finish this grueling race for the final four laps.

With one and a half laps to go JJ still has a solid lead.
TheDeath has pulled ahead of Mvass for second.
Mvass now has 3rd place
With Elodin in 4th but falling behind
And here they come racing for the finish line!!!! Isn't this exciting ladies and gentlemen?
