Yeah, Mvassland has cops, and crime is illegal (obviously, or it wouldn't be crime, would it?). I think "crime is totally unknown" is a more accurate description than "Most Rebellious Youth".

You obviously have no idea how dialects can become separate languages and tear up a country without public education
And if you're wondering: yes, most people are that childish. Belgium (or Flanders and Walloons in a few years...  ), the Netherlands and Germany are a nice example of that.
