Is it just me or is 3 days an awful long time to sign up?
Not to nitpick, but can't things go a little faster?
Oh and about the bragging rights idea. I think that if you consistantly beat someone at contests, you should be able to challenge that person for ownership of his or herself.
I think the fact that there is no point to any of this is the reason why it works. If things get serious it will lose something. It's meant to be absurd.

Yeah, and the owned person's threads would actually belong to that person's owner. It's like building a team the hard way!

Just to add a minot point: If anyone would eventually want to challenge me for the ownership of me, I'd sadly have to redirect them to Woock, since he's been my owner for quite some time now...

This could and probably will lead to absurd situations though. Supposing that Conan beats me repeatedly and pwnz me. Then Terje pwnz Conan. But I owned Terje all along. Woock < Conan < Terje < Woock
But then again...
All the more fun I suppose?
Also, the aspect of owning people allows us to add a twist or two to the challenges thing.
Supposing person A challenges person B who ownes persons C, D and E. Then person B could do the challenge himself, or he could appoint person C, D or E to fight the challenge.
Or, if both person A and person B own a bunch of people, then their contest could be one designed for teams.

How about the number of people you own forces them to vote for you in a challenge.
So let's say Woock owns Terje and Terje challenges Woock for a thread. Since Woock owns Terje, Terje must vote for Woock.

Oh well...If you can't beat 'em, join 'em!
You guys are going to make this into a logistical nightmare the likes of which hasn't been seen since the Gore vs Bush election in 2000! I'm going to need to create a "Dept of Sorting & Filing" in order to keep track of who owns who and who owns what! 
But then again, every cloud has a silver lining! For example, I particularly liked Woock's idea of Team Competitions. I think it would be fun to have people, who own Threads in the same Forum, team-up to challenge people who have teamed-up under another Forum.
I guess we could do this in one of the upcoming Tournaments or we could start up a Clan System right now! Let me know what you think and feel free to encourage people to join our GAME!

One more thing! Are three(or more)way challenges allowed I mean if A owns a thread then B wants it and C wants it and they both challenge A in the same round (so they ll compete in the same challenge and whoever wins gets to keep the thread).I think its should be allowed...it's gonna be a meassacre
