This sounds like a real "Sherlock Holmes" riddle...
Ok..iīll give it a try.
He was shot in the head...in the position he had right now...from about 30 metres away. I guess it is a normal room with walls on every side and a roof. So it looks like he has to be shot through the window. The door was locked from inside, so nobody could get out AFTER the man was shot. The window had to be open while he was shot, coz no broken glass was found. After the shot, it was closed, but difficult to do from outside coz of the 51th floor. How can u close a window from more than 30 meters away? Not quite possible i guess. So perhaps the window closed itself alone.....how? If u block it, the block would be still there and then it would be obvious....So the block had to disappear also...i was thinking about stuff like "burning candle and a toe"...or "a sandwatch", but all these things would have been found later. Then i realized your "air-conditioner" above the window, which means, the building was in a hot region. I donīt know what kind of window that was, but perhaps it was possible to block it with some icecubes, stapled over each other. The deadly shot came while the window was open (perhaps from another building which also had that many floors), later, coz of the heat, the ice melted and there was a small pit of water, which also evapurated coz of the heat. So no evidence left....
So now please donīt tell me the air-conditioner was just for show and the building stands in Tibet...

how would u get the ice cubes there?
maybe the victim was shot thruogh another window, meaning lets say hypothetically the victim was looking out the window to the north and a bullet came in through an open window from the west. the damp floor is blood, the glass wouldnt have broken

there's something wrong in Angelito's answer:
the air conditioning is ON so if the man isn't stupid the window cannot be open.
It is written that the glass of the window isn't broken not that the window isn't broken (the bullet can pass through metal side, think about the windows' trains). So I can say that the shoot came from an helicopter or from another adiacent building and the murderer is probably a sharpshooter.

2nd answer:
the window had a very weak wodden window frame and the crime wass carried out with a high calibre weapon shot by an expert...
so it could have been possible that the bullet passed thru the window frame and into the man's head...
that way the glass isnt broken and the window is still blocked

LOL look at ur last one, it says none dollars, i assume thats meant to be nine
ur purchasing those numbers for your letterbox, 1 only has one digit so it costs $3, 12 has 2 digits so its $6, and 200 is 3 digits so its 'nine' dollars, this is because every digit is worth $3
