russel was telling his buddies at the tavern. "it was about 8:30 and i hadnt had a single drink yet. i was going along the highway doing the speed of 80km an hour. my new car that i got recently and the safety, license plates, license aswell as insurance were all dealt with. i had my seat belt on aswell. i was driving along and passed a few cars and constantly checking to be sure i didnt go over 80. then a policeman pulls me over and slaps me with a ticket."
what did russel do wrong?

Well judging by the fact that you say it's 830 and haven't had a drink, I'll assume you mean it's 830 pm.
My best guess is that in his other cars the lights turned on the minute the car started, but with this car they did not do that, so he forgot to turn his lights on. Since it's 830 it's likely that the sun had set a few minutes ago, but it was still bright enough out to not realize your lights aren't on. By law you must have your lights on by 15 or however many minutes it might be where after sunset.
So his ticket was for not having his lights on.

there is a bridge 4.5 KM long and it is strong enough to hold up to 5000 KG. no more. a truck, that weighs exactly 5000 KG drives onto the bridge. when the truck gets 1.5 KM into the bridge a bird, that weighs 40 grams, flies and stops on the truck. the truck drieves on and the bridge doesnt collapse. how?

it uses fuel while its driving, therefore when it got to that position on the bridge it had already used up 40 or more grams of fuel hence alowing the birds weight to be added without over going the bridge weight limit
and my policeperson thing wasnt spam, i'm serious "policeman" is politically incorect

A truck with a weight of 5 tons will probably consume more than 30 grams of fuel driving 1.5 km. So the truck lost more weight from fuel than he gains from a small bird...

for something to be a liquid it needs more heat energy than when it is in its solid form. this is because heat makes the particles split, and when something has more energy it has more mass and more weight, so my answer is all substances weigh more as liquid than as solids

actually to have more heat just means that the objects particles move quicker. they dont gain weight from heating up. its like saying a man gains weight from sitting in the sun. so nope

Water? When water's temperature is +4 degrees Celsius, it is at its heaviest. It's still liquid in that temperature.

im pretty sure more enrgy equals more mass and weight alow me to explain
E=mc^2
lets say hypothetically we have 250 joules that substance is 10 kilograms and just say hypothetically the speed of light is 5km/s 
250j=10kg5^2
250j=10kg25km/s
that means if we are to increase the energy we increase the mass
250*2=10kg25km/s*2
500j=20kg25/km/s
therefore we end up with more mass as we can not change the speed of light, hence more weight, unless we didnt have any gravity, where your question wouldnt make sense

Water? If water freezes, the volume increases... this is usually the opposite with other liquids. I guess this depends on if we are talking weight per volume.

An Example of sostance being more weight in liquid state than in its solid one is water (quite easy, being common knowledge...).
A little difficult is explain why:
In solid state water has a 3D structure ("tetraedic" I don't remember exact spelling...) that obligates atoms to be more distant that in liquid state (this is true only between 0 - 4 °C!) where there are "H bonds"

so does light beer!!
(easy test to see if water when frozen expands or not...)
take your favorite beer (bottled preferably),
stick it in the freezer.... leave it there over night.
this will be a harsh and cruel reminder that water when frozen expands... and after picking out the pieces of glass and the beer thaws, enjoy!

Forr closed the door and proceeded with the investigation of the house. why would Reb Forr not respond to what he saw?
