Basically it depends on your judgement, what is more important: the marksmen or monks you need to sacrifice (if Angels attack first round iam pretty sure 1 will die), or the 2 days you prolly gain by fighting them now..

If you already plan to get Archs soon, id say losing some shooters won´t hurt so i would go for it.

Interesting battle between Mullich and Gundula. First of all those 41 dogs should have been converted into 31 demons. That would leave room for another stack.

Place all your troops out of shooting range but so that they can reach everything with mass haste. Since you are playing a noob its pretty likely that he will start out with mass slow. In that case just cast mass haste and wait with all troops. When it gets your turn kill the crusaders and zealots as first priority and make sure to block the marksmen with a strong stack. Dont attack the AAs. Round 2 blind the AAs and slaughter on. This should actually lead to the win. And DONT bring the balista. It will do very little damage and can unblind something that you dont want to be unblind.

In case he doesnt slow you right away just wait. At some point he has to cast a spell otherwise you can blind his AAs and he wont get a spell cast round one. You have to hope he dosent cast shield, in that case it will be pretty close even though you get first strike the first 2 rounds. If he casts slow i actually think you could run away with it.

2nd case: Throng is just around 100 in this case. You cant know the exact number. Naturally you should have your champions availble now or at least the next day by chaining them between scouts.

I would Attack the eyes like this: 2 angels, 1 angel, 1 angel, 5 champs, 1 champ, 2 marksmen, 2 marksmen. Should be possible to take them out with losing max 1 champ. Make sure your champions deal full damage. The single champ is for absorbing damage.

To me it looks like Yog is very low level. In most cases it should be possible to give him more xp and better stats before a battle like this.

The Gundula/Mullich fight was very close because he did the nooby mistake of casting slow instantly and never actually using shield in the fight. In the end I think I only lost it because he blinded my demon stack and I attempted to dispel it failing to realize in time that he could just blind it every turn from there anyway.

Yog's low level is mainly due to the absence of treasuries and banks. He only had 3 crypts and the various small stacks in your first and second zone on BB. I could get him 2 levels before the fight but that would mean wasting 3 or so days.

The champions are two days away as I thought I wouldn't need them. I cleared the initial guard of pack champions and thought I could pass but learned that the eyes needed to go as well...

This looks like a very close fight to me. But the speed advantage and the elixier of life seems to be stronger than Neela's Prayer and armorer speciality. So I go for Krellion here.

I will also go with Krellion. Golden bow is not a joke, better luck, speed advantege, petrify chance... Elixir practically negates Armorer specialty. Prayer is very dangerous though, Neela has +11 Defense.
It's close.

I may sound strange, but overall Tower is 2nd is cost efficiency and 2nd in army streingh, so I choose the Alchemist. Don't wonder - I'll always choose a Tower hero oven anything else.

I think Barbarian; far greater Morale and Luck, better army (IMO), Neela's hostile spells are countered by Expert Resistance quite well.

What I mean is that half her spells are shot off the bat because of Expert Resistance. Thus, the only safe option is to buff her own troops, partially negating her spell advantage. And the barbarian can still get off some crucial Mass buffs on his own (superior) army.

as i said, red orb is present...no spell-casting at all. neela's troops will get prayer cause of angelic alliance.

In that case it's a lot more even. I just wonder if Neela's vastly increased defense makes up for the factor she is outnumbered by.

Granted, it probably does, but 23 angels? Ouch. Those guys are murder even unupgraded.

Neela hands down. Neela has visited more temples and the such because her stats are higher in almost all aspects. Upgraded titans will range away along with the wizard guy on the left. Krellions high moral and luck will be down to -2 or something with such a mix of creatures.

Granted Neela doesn't have the right artifacts she is still a better warrior than Krellion by her stats, and her skills. Neela also has the moral and luck artifacts, krellions will be nullified if I'm not mistaken which I could be . He has the max + modifiers and a mix of 3 or 4 will bring him down to the negative atleast.

Look at neelas specialty, and krellions, neelas is at least useful, combined with the 38 in defense especially

I look forward to the answer.

Titans should start on angels or evil eye

FYI, I believe the maximum leadership penalty the barbarian is receiving from his creature variation is -3 at the most (or is it -2 for all alignments? I think that's it.) Luck, I believe, remains unaffected.

Also, someone was talking about a speed upg. on Krellion? If there really is one that should enable Angels and Black Dragons to lay into the Titans on the first turn, and even Titans with DEF as high as Neela's will feel a first strike from Black Dragons that hate them.

It is very close but I see that using the right tactics Neela could win hands down. It's still so close I could be wrong, but it is my vote neela would win.

And oh yeah, only moaral affected by outside fighters I forgot. That extra luck would make a big difference =o
