My 2 cents. I already posted a rant in another thread but deleted it because it didn't belong there. And for the record, I'm not saying this because I was "fooled". I've known about this for a couple months.
Bottom line is that I HATE April Fool's jokes and I HATE practical jokes in general. This f**ing practice should be stopped. This has nothing to do with sense of humor. There's not a god damned thing that's funny about this type of bull****.
This stupid prank did nothing but take all the things that are wrong with HC and made them worse. Well I say f*** HC. It's gone to hell in a hand basket. This place has been seriously going downhill for a long time now. But now it's turning into a f***ing chaotic madhouse.

Few may not of liked it but alot of us did  .

Yeah, I had a lot off fun this time. I actually liked it better than the ADAM joke. It had much more "fire" and ... involvement from the members.
I myself fell for it at first, right until the point where the QPs have actually disappeared, then many things became clear to me and I sat back and enjoyed the ride (although reading such huge amounts big posts every evening wasn't easy).
Thank you everyone, and I hope this will do more to unite us rather than separate.

I have to say I liked this prank pretty much
Not only because it showed some sides of members we haven't seen yet..
It also shows some sides of members AFTER the joke is over. And this is even more interesting.
JJ for example. I'm pretty sure if you watch a Charlie Chaplin movie, you won't laugh a single time, because you would just think: "How can you laugh about such a jerk who makes fun out of the poor people who REALLY have that crazy feet and walk like a pinguin?!"

Hats up for Father and Lexxan. You took it the right way (at the end )
And for all others who felt a bit like Lexxan or Father in the beginning, who had tears in their eyes due to lost red stars, I have a few words:
You spend too much time in the internet!
Go out, meet some friends and don't lose your connection to the real life. Because there, a restart won't re-connect automatically..

Ahhh... this was so not worth it 
I'm glad that some of you liked the joke and had fun with it - the intention was only to do something that people would not expect, and that would catch a lot of members' attention. Maybe it was more fun for the modsquad than to you guys - at least once a year we can't give you a hard time? We get it all the time
But seriously, it was never our goal to make anyone look or feel stupid - that's why for my part, I tried to just stick with how I really felt. I did apologize to Asheera though, I felt she was the only one I had really "done" anything to.
Really was an eye opener though...

Some people need to quit crying about it.

Ok lets just rename this whole community the Kiddy playground.

If we really did get rid of the QP's, then the people who are mad that it was just a prank should feel better right? And the ones that thought removing them would be a good idea would be happy too right?
