Sorry. I dont like Transformers.
I think it's a very silly concept
I mean, wasn't Transformers a show for small children? Atleast in Sweden it was before they removed commercial marketing against children >.>

thought the transformers movie was quite average. it wasn't very original compared to other similar movies. haven't seen the 2nd one yet.
district 9 hasn't been released in france yet
from what I read, it is about segregation, but with aliens instead of black people.

how old is it?. there are good old movies.
1980's and it's one of the very first movies to incorporate CGI effects into it. Seriously, if you haven't seen that movie, you should.

About TRON:
HAHA no no, but im very used to hear its old...so i give warning. If not then they retaliate againt me in anger.
ABout District 9:
Its a film where the main actor shines and its about discrimination/politics/aliens/sci-fi/love.
The most amazing part of the movie is the athmofphere, the context of it all.
BTW its not as that great but nowadays im used to see only crappy movies so this one stands a bit out in my mind.
Regarding Transformers:
The movie could have been much much much better. I prefer squared cartoon like transformers than these...creatures. What always had me interested in Transformers was that it was more centered on the robots than people...and the movie wasnt like that.
I was expecting those lazers sounds but then i was dissapointed AGAIN.
About Inglorious snows:
Im now watching and its kind of fun, except the part that subtitles get kind of messy in large dialogues.
Its entertaining but not mind-blowing.
Recommendation:
If u havent seen The Big Lebowski, another great movie!! If anyone can tell me right away what this one and TRON have in common they get an extra point.
BTW im expecting Zombie-Land

Yes, it has. We all love western movies and so does tarantino.
BTW do not watch Amusement, it sucks big time. Good horror films are coming close to extinction.
Have u seen Changeling? Its pretty good.
The OLD one, not the one with the BIG LIPPED SNOW.

I've recently seen GI Joe: Rise of the Cobra and Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince. I already mentioned HP 6 in another thread, so I'll just mention my opinion of GI Joe here:
Totally awesome in terms of action. As far as plots go, it's an explosion filled excuse to justify said explosions, much like 90% of all action movies nowadays.
Oh ok, I'm being mean. To be honest, the whole bit with the nanites (go watch it, I ain't elaborating ) nearly made me nerdgasm, and was cleverly set up.
It's somewhat refreshing to see the good guys lose time and time again until the very end, since it's almost a running gag in movies nowadays for the good guys to be all perfect, and never fail.
I totally recommend the movie though, so go watch it nao!

So in school we went to the theatre to see the swedish teen movie "I taket lyser stjärnorna". I guess it would translate to "The stars shine in the ceiling" ;P
I will write my school review something like this... but without the spoilers.
The Stars Shine in the Ceiling
Jenna is a thirteen year old girl in the seventh grade. Her mother is dying and has cancer and she doesn't know where her dad is. Jenna and her mother are forced to move to their grandmother Ingrid. Ingrid doesn't make the situation look better. Jenna thinks she is reaaaalllyyy annoying and can't stand of the thought that if her mother dies, she will be forced to live with Ingrid.
In school she writes a note. "If you die mum, then I will take my own life.".
Jenna hates the popular girl Ullis "Knullis" ("snowis") in her school. She drinks and smokes etc. She is everything that Jenna is not. But over time, Jenna and Ullis snowis becomes best friends and Jenna start to lose herself. Instead of taking care of her dying mother, she starts to party, drink and smoke. Ullis has almost lost her own mother and sees herself into Jennas situation. Ullis begins to try to pull away Jenna from the drinking and smoking etc and spend time with her mother as it is revealed that the cancer has spread. In the end of the movie, Jennas mother dies. She then finds her note that says "If you die mum, then I will take my own life.". But instead she writes: "If you die mum, then I will take my own life. then I will live for you".
The movie was both fun, tragic and dramatic at the same time.
You really hate Jennas grandmother in the begining but you understand she only wants the best for her daugther and granddaugther. Its a bit touching to see Jenna just dreaming of she and her mother going to Thailand but its not going to happen as her mother is dying because of the spreading cancer.
I thought it was an okey movie but it felt a bit short and Jennas relationship with a boy called Sakke felt very rushed. Also I wanted see more of her best friend that she had before she found Ullis snowis. All the crying stuff in the end became a little bit to much too.

The girlfriend experience is a rather good film... if u like those movies without explosions and ninjas, just the life of an escort. The movie doesnt have explosive acting moments, i just think that the director only wanted to party with sasha all night long.
Ill let u know when im done with Year One, that one looks promesing.
BTW perhaps sasha doesnt give u this idea in the movie...but she can really eat a man´s arm without choking.

Looks good for a beer break Elvin!
Ive just finished watching "Antichrist", its a very shocking film, i may add and not for every common horror movie addict.
The director is plain sick and draws the story like a masterpiece, if you want to be stunned by his madness and awsome story-telling then take a look at it...but not too close.
If anyone can see it please i would be gladly to exchange my point of view through this post.

Another character by Robert E. Howard, the author of Conan. Haven't read the books, but had a few Marvel comics. Hopefully will be better than Van Helsing, which had a similar concept.
