- Cut the kid some slack Kane- Vlad putted the taser in it's holder. He then walked around the car, inspecting damage. cracked glass and bullet holes everywhere.
- Lasted longer than I expected. The engine's undamaged, so it could still be driven. come on you two, Let's get out of here.

Sitting down in his car after the dinner with Rex, Jack Redfox heard another beeping sound inside of his head. "Again?! Does that kid not know how to be patient and wait in for midnight at the location I gave him?" Redfox thought and uncounciously mumbled "..and those beeps are starting to get annoying? Why does he have to destroy my hideouts anyway?!"
"Did you say anything, sir?" Mac, the driver turned his head and asked his boss.
"No, nothing. Back to my residence Mac, but there is no need to hurry, I've got all the time in the world." Jack smiled, leaned back and turned on some music.
((This post is only a 'I am here and I am trying to squees in some time for making my big post. But schoolwork is currently getting in the way))

Alpha-type Primus had laid it's creator to rest. He was unconsious and he would need time to recuperate from the intense neural overload he experienced in the EMP-chamber.
The droid was preparing a new mechanical hand for his master. There were several spares as they were originally intended as the manipulators in the hazard- and pressure chambers, but the Creator had not had the time to prepare them to fit his wristslot. Alpha-type Primus had no problem refitting one of the spares, being able to recall all of the blueprints from his hard-drive.
Nonetheless it took more time than would normally be the case as the droid could not use any of the Creator's equipment. The EMP-had caused a blackout that had left a quarter of the city without power. The emergency generators were required to keep all the security devices online.
During the refit, the Droid ascertained that it's CPU was trying to run several protocalls that it did not order itself. Fearing a virus, the droid shutdown and ran a diagnostic. When it powered-up the droid found itself clean. No malicious programming was present and still it was trying to run unordered processes.
Having finished the hand minutes later the droid aproached the bed where it's master slept. Each step it took, the unordered processes increased, untill, when the droid stood at the bed, it recieved remote images. The images were uncoherent, but they seemed to feature the master from several perspectives. It took a few seconds before Alpha-type Primus diagnosed the master was broadcasting his dreams to him. Even more irregular was that the droid was unable to block the broadcast. Being in controll of it's processes it gave the images a lower priority and managed to attached the new hand.
The master stirred and moaned. The droid adjusted it's optical lense to observe, but as the dream intensified the droid was unable to block the broadcast any longer. Unable to move, the droid could do nothing but observe the dream of it's master.
((Having the same problem as BETA, the amount of reading I have to do to keep up + my job and + sport makes it difficult to sqeeze in a post.))

- Ok mr walking lighter.- Vlad said to Inferno while driving back home- there's no use to turning me in to the cops after your name's cleared. And if you do try something funny, I'll douse your little flames. Permanently. Also don't try to talk about the whole hero and villain crap. I am a MERCENARY. Get it? I don't care why or for who I fight. I get payed for it, and I do it, no questions asked. But you're still to young to fully understand it.

Kane looked over at Inferno. "The same goes for me, try backstabbing us and the idea will blow up in your face. We will most certainly need you against Zero. He started this whole mess in the first place." He bent forward closer to the youngling. "I take it you will follow dear Blackbeards advice, the best thing you can do it to help us. Once we bring down Zero it could be possible to prove you are innocent."
He stepped out of the car as they reached their destination. "I figure the Doctor will also try to find and eliminate Zero, as he is one of the few threaths able to stand against him. If we find the Doctor we will eventually have to find Zero, or someone close to him."

As they stepped out of the car darkness enveloped them. Quickly enough it went away, but it left Sidewinder and Geoffrey standing before them.
Sidewinder quickly said, "We must go to Zero's mansion. Now."
"The Doctor has gone over there and from what I've gathered will be trying to form some sort partnership with him. If they both join together, they shall become unstoppable." continued Geoffrey. "However, now is the perfect time, as we have some extra firepower with us."
Out of the shadows stepped three tall dark men in trench coats and fedoras. They were then seen to be robotic and the work of someone they knew.
"Rex's droids have found their way to us and are apparently all connected to Rex's mind." said Sidewinder, "He found out about the Doctor going to Zero's mansion and knows that now is the best time. We have also gotten Special on board as well. The only ones we can't seem to find are Carrie and Xion. However, seeing as Inferno isn't exactly on the best terms with them, that may be for the best."
Raphael then sighed and said, "Don't forget our...'guest', Sidewinder."
Sidewinder sighed and then said, "Ah yes. We were also approached by a very...interesting man. He wants to come with us to defeat the Doctor and Zero. He didn't say why, but he will be quite an asset to our effort. This I can promise you."
"What is his name?" asked Inferno.
"We don't know. He just referred to himself as Ouroboros."

Kane clasped his hands together. "Great, so we've got ourselves a nice little party! What have they got? A small army if I am right. This new guy of yours better be freakin amazing if we are to take down both the Doctor AND Zero at the same time."

"As far as I know its only them and a couple henchmen." replied Geoffrey. Most of their servitors aren't with them at the moment according to Rex's info. They wanted to be discreet, but that didn't really work out for them now did it?"

"That's a chance we'll have to take." replied Sidewinder. "Besides, Ouroboros will be able to take down those droids if they turn against us. I also highly doubt that Rex would ally with Zero or the Doctor. You know him. He's not one to befriend someone stronger than he. Now if we're done bickering, let's get to the outskirts of Zero's mansion and meet up with Special and Ouroboros."

One of the Droids stepped up, out of it's speakers came a metalic distortion of Rex' voice:
"Oh, please Kane. You know me better than that. You know the Doctor as well and you know he cannot be reasoned with. That's not the kind of people I can strike satisfactory deals with."
The robotic eye changed hue from a blueish white to blood red.
"That snow Doctor has a small army, but most of his brainpanned zombies are moving his base. He bugged me through my drink, when I came to visit him like you all did. Except you, torch-boy. By the way, I'm afraid I can't help you with Xion anymore so the Deal is off. The coward vanished into thin air."
One of the other droids buzzed. Rex stopped talking for a second.
"What I was trying to say is that via his bug I've acces to Doc's systems. He's only got a handfull of his zombies with him. The time to strike is now! We need to eliminate them entirely or die trying! By the Kraken we will die if we don't!"
The two remaining Droids pulled each pulled a heavy gatling gun (Second from the bottom) out from under their coats.
"There is only one way to do this and that is overpowering brute force. So if anyone is low on fire power say so."
With the last sentence the droid Rex was speaking through open his coat, which was held multiple pistols and submachine guns.

Vlad just stood and listened to the plan. He dialed a number on his cellphone.
- Hey JV, I need a favor. Go down to my place and grab my old suit of power armor. You'll find it in a crate near the stairs. Weapons? No need. A friend can supply them. You got ten minutes. Good luck.

"Alright. Meet me up in the woods outside Zero's mansion in about 30 minutes." said Sidewinder. With that he, Raphel, Geoffrey, and Inferno went into a car and drove off. The droids got into an armored truck and followed them.

Rex himself was in his base. He would help the others, from here. Whereas he would like to see both the Doctor and Zero dead and he would have delighted to crush them beneath his bootheel in person, this was a very risky operation. He would not be present in person, not when he had awakened this new potential. The three droids he sent were all of the Alpha type, all were heavily armed with a gatling gun, several submachineguns and pistols. Rex even had them fitted with switchblades that would replace the hands of the Droids would they run out of ammunition. He was not kidding when he said that their only chance was to overpower their nemeses with brute force. And Rex knew that when it came to brute force, you could never bring enough bullets.
Rex watched as Alpha-type Primus severed his legs and remaining arm. He did not feel it, in fact he did not feel his body at all. The robotic parts that were held to the wounds seemed to fuse with his flesh at his mental command. The new mechanics felt more natural to him than his body ever did.
Grinning widely, Rex enjoyed his new technopathy. He used his mind alone to operate his machines and in turn the computers and machines amplified his mind and his power.
The only concern Rex had was that whatever the outcome of the battle, they would come after him next. Likely not today and perhaps not even this week, but they would come after him. Rex knew that the Doctor was moving his base, the EMP blast that caused the blackout did not fry the Doctor's bug completely. But with his new powers Rex could easily use it to his own advantage. But the idea was good, to move base. He was growing out this base anyway.
Rex cackled madly, the lights in his base flickering to the rithm of his laugh.
"Rex Mallard is dead! Long Live the Machine God!"

Sidewinder, Inferno, Geoffrey, and Raphael got to a small cabin on a hill overlooking Zero's fortress-like mansion. Waiting for them there was Special and Ouroboros. Ouroboros then said in his cold voice, "Good...You are here. Now where are your...friends?"
"They should be right behind us." replied Sidewinder.
Just then the Droids' truck came and parked by them. They were now waiting for Vlad and Kane.

The moment the truck parked, the two doors of the cabin were flung open. Two coated droids got out and they opened the back door. The third droid stood in the cargo compartment next to a large greenish barrel. The droids unloaded the barrel and walked to the men standing on the hill, rolling the barrel in front of them.
"I took the liberty of picking up something to test while we're at it," Rex' metalic voice came from one of the droids.
"It's good to see you again, Ligery. And you must be our mystery ally." The droid was unmistakably referring to Ouroboros.
When the heavy barrel was up the hill, one of the droids pressed an unseen switch and the barrel deployed into a different type of droid.
"Feast your eyes on the new Beta-type xdroid! Equiped with my experimental pulseweapon technology. I hope you don't mind me taking this for a spin?" Rex said rethorically mocking.
