I reckon these will be level 4 (Succubus), 5 (Tormentors) and 6 (Pit Fiends), i.e. the ellite set of Inferno, but that's just because it is the likely comclusion by comparing to Heroes 5 and 3.

Tormentors should be core (don't think they will have a chance to stand in one line with Juggernaut). Not sure about Succubus though. Anyways just Love the artwork of the upgraded one, can deserve to be elite.

From the looks of things I think: Juggernauts, Tormentors and Succubi are Elite; Hellhounds, probably Imps and something new are Core and Pit Fiends are Champions. Archdemon/Devils will either be heroes or bosses.
Bear in mind that this is my guess, my guesses are speculation and not more or less valid than those of others. Even though I might defend them like they are as I think some guesses are blinded by nostalgia and others are stabs in the dark.

I doubt the succubus could be core, it's likely elite.
low-tier or core units tend to be "simpler" and mid/high-tier more "advanced" i.e. less straightforward, I doubt they'll make the Succubus straightforward, it's the opposite of their very nature.
Tormentor is hard to place, and the latest insider word is that Pit Fiends are indeed Champions.

Well, doesn't the Pit Fiend description say that "it's the strongest unit in Inferno second only to the Arch Demons"? Of course, Arch Demons might then be a boss instead, so maybe it is.
I figured it would mean it was tier 6, but if new group system means all ellite creatures are similar strength, that wouldn't make sense, of course.

Personally, I think that the upgraded vampire looks... bad. Not at all like a vampire anymore. I see the pattern in upgrading (more armor, YAY!) but really... that helmet looks like a Sauron ripoff. And not a good one.
Succubus looks really nice btw.

The succubus has a description that would fit a core unit. And it looks too frail to belong to the same tier as the Juggernaut, except of course if it compensates with very evil abilities.

They seem to be moving all the Tier 7's from H5 up to bosses(Dragons, Re-naming the Haven Champion, Devils/Archdemons).
If the Pit Fiend is the new Inferno Champion, i'm very happy about it. The H5 Devil was such a let down that i think it needed to be a boss in H6 to redeem itself.
So far i think the Inferno units look the best out of the factions revealed so far, much darker and grittier, which i like. I've always liked the Demons, and between the abomination that they were in H4, and the cartoon characters they were in H5, i'm glad they're getting an overhaul.
And the Succubus looks fantastic! ... Uh, i mean, for a video game character 
And to the poster above me, the Succubus in H5 looked pretty frail too, but was still a tier 4.

As awesome as they look, they still might be core-level units. "in reality many of the pretenders end as lesser Incubi/Succubi"
Which might mean that although there are some very influencial Succubi (like heroes or others important for storyline) most of them are not.

Doubt that, it also states these lesser succubi/incubi are just toys and slaves of the more carnal kind.
I doubt they'd take lowly slave mooks and grant them potent magics, armor and weaponry.

The Juggernaut is so far the only Inferno creature the tier of which is officially confirmed and it's Elite.

The Sentinel/Praetorian is a simple core cannon-fodder, but he wears an armor which is entirely up to date with the latest catwalk fashion. And we don't know what abilities does the Succubus have.
