I'm really starting to hate these, 'bribe the person to get what I want, because my speechcraft is too terrible to get it any other way' quests.

I wish intimidation would be more workable.
I mean, cmon, my Ork who is armored like a tank with demonic armor and with an axe that could cut a house in half don't intimidate anyone?

People of skyrim are pretty tough, after all, if a dragon appears in town, they all rush out to kill it. What's one orc to dragons.

With mods like SPERG I can have like -70% cooldown on shouts and about double the damage through speechcraft, so I tend to train it a lot. Nice solution to getting those speech skill passes without having invested in a useless skill.

I should probably clarify; this is Morrowind. (Though come to think of it I had problems leveling Speech in Skyrim too. )
I looked it up and Caius Cosades is a Speech trainer, so my current goal is 'make a wagonload of money to dump on Speech training' so I will no longer have this problem. Luckily I discovered Dreugh wax is moderately valuable and those aren't that difficult to run into, so maybe I'll go dye the oceans around Vvardenfell with Dreugh blood...
EDIT:
*facepalm* DUH I'm playing an Imperial! My voice is the Emperor's, and you will obey! That plus ~20 levels in Speech == much better!
On the bright side, I've realized that the 'sell' price on filled Soul Gems is MUCH better than unfilled (unlike Skyrim) so I've found another use for all those Cliff Racers...

Looks like I broke the game. I got Sneak at 125 and from there no one notice me anymore, even if they touch me. Just tried a full bandits fort on Legendary difficulty and I am basically invisible to everyone.

Yeah Sneak is pretty much perma-broken. There are some very good overhauls but in the end you always end up invincible anyway.
Hell, use it with Illusion and you don't even need to sneak. Calm enemies, backstab them in any order you want

In fact, it was some ring I crafted which gave +97% to sneak, so that was over 250. I sold the ring and now game is ok. However once you get enchanting to 100+ and start add resistances, must move the slide bar to legendary or nothing hits you anymore. Which is quite annoying as on legendary dragons take 50 hits before dying, so it's much longer.

@Joonas: Yeah, I found the game much more challenging my second time through when I more-or-less banned myself from Smithing (my rules were, 'no tempering anything unless I have the ingots/other raw materials fall into my lap--in other words no mining, no tanning hides into leather--and no crafting period unless it's part of a quest or mod-specific item I can't get another way (read pouches)') and then stuck with the Thieves' Guild/Dark Brotherhood gear through 95% of the playthrough.
Incidentally I now understand why Karliah was so dead-set on us swearing our souls to Nocturnal for the Nightingale gear. It is much better than normal Thieves' Guild leathers, when you don't have the Smithing and Enchanting skills to make yourself a suit of Stalhrim-plated mech armor.

Blackreach, lexicon, Alduin fight 
Damnt, that was cool, with cut scenes and eye candies. Learned Dragonrend shout, and now I watch them fall like apples.

Speaking of slaves, can you DO anything with those slave bracers after you free their wearers? I've thought about slapping them on some House Dres slavers for some poetic justice, but the things are heavy. If it's actually doable I might go through the bother though.

Yeah, I know, I use one, just vanilla destruction is kinda bad.
If I didn't use a destruction mod when playing a mage i'd just go with summoning and illusion and hide in a corner while my minions sweep everything
