I'm starting to get serious dejavu feelings about where the thread is heading....
I think we should bury this thread in pictures and discussion about black dragons, like we did with two or three other threads.

You cannot blame the market for the demand. Just because you tell someone you want EZ ketchup, didn't mean you didn't want any ketchup at all.
Good God I can't believe that was your conclusion.

My problem with Heroes V town screen is not due to the time required to enter or build anything inside the town but
1. the "easy to spot" building that is missing.
2. Music
What I mean is:
1. In Heroes II & III you can easily recognize any dwelling and easily pointing any building and its function. But what happened in Heroes V, although it is very nicely rendered 3D and all, but the building for crossbowman in Haven city is actually another "Pilar" added to the main castle and Gargoyle Dwelling is actually the wall added to one part of the flying platform. Heroes II, III & V all doesn't have any creature standing outside their dwelling (in exception of III's Dragon dwelling @Rampart) but the previous two easily recognized while the last one requires more effort, guessing and analyzing.
2. Yes I know it is still Paul Anthony Romero music, yes it is not bad, but my problem is: almost all factions (Haven, Necropolis, Academy, Sylvan at the very least) share actually the same melody in different mood and style. Something that is difficult for me to accept.
I see that the later is basically addressed (judging from the sneak peak of Haven themes and Sanctuary themes), but the previous is something on my concern not to mention the *#)$(@Y$)(@$* size of the windows and IT IS actually a window

For your point 1: I would never, if all the buildings were even easy to spot, click every building one by one to hire creatures where I have a "hire creatures" screen where all of them are in one place, listed, according to their tiers, colored red if you can't buy, showing weekly growth and everything. Isn't it much more time consuming to go to creatures' own building one after another than buy them in a single screen?
For your point 2: I think you are alone in that in the whole universe. Every faction's music is very different from each others'. Maybe your game is broken or something? I can't find any other explanation really. They do not even resemble each other a bit. And be sure I have very good ears in music.

Admira is right about Haven and Necropolis music themes!!!
They are similar, as Haven is more Glorious, while Necropolis is more tragic.. But the base is similar.. Pay attention and u will notice..

@Darklord & Nocturnal: Actually Academy and Sylvan as well. Only that Academy "cover" it with mid-eastern rhythm (the rhythm changes effect much here) and Sylvan's percussion cover the similarities quite well but ones cannot fool a music teacher ear well this is not a big problem for everyone, I guess but I as one wish that the music theme should be different and unique, Heroes III style is a good example.

@ Admira
Will have to disagree on this one (Sylvan and Academy)..
I think they are different enough not to call them similar music theme..
p.s. Saying that only cuz i am able to play 3 musical instruments.. and the way you play it, as well as it sounds for me personally is quite different..

A bit harsh, but yes, HIII DOES in fact have such a screen and you can see the total cost of the amount of creatures you plan on hiring (I don't recall seeing a "buy as many as possible with current cash" option though, and how much that costs.) this screen was available by clicking your fort/citadel/castle.

Hm... going to be harder for me to expand my Town Screen playlist and make it look good if it isn't fullscreen, but I guess I'm up to the challenge.

Yeah, now I remembered that and deleted my first sentence But don't you people buy creatures from that "hire creatures" screen? What's the use of identifying seperate creature buildings and hire them from these?

But I hate reading arrogant people's baseless humiliations. There can be nothing to "know" about this as I am talking about what I like. And I don't like clicking on seperate buildings. You misquoted seemingly.

Immersion. Besides, just because you don't use a feature doesn't make it a bad feature.

Only at the beginning of Necro's theme it repeats Haven's theme, let me see, for 10 seconds and the music is 2:30 long and every other part is totally different but this 10 seconds long reprise causes people to say "they are same". It is called interrelation.

You did have all the creatures available at the same place in H3, but you still had to click each individual creature to hire them. The "hire all" option that came with H5 H4 was very much welcomed by me, and something I expect them to contiune in H6. But I still want to hire all in a full screen!
