will probably start late March or maybe April
as for bonuses, they are not sure yet but should know by patch 2.5 
but seriously i would expect some announcment by end of the Jan

From what I see - from left to right: mino, stalker, assassin's back, shadow sorceress (hero class), faceless' wing, another mino and sun rider.
It's hard to tell because picture is too small.
