The exact number is not mentioned there, only that there will be  "a couple of new neutral creatures and bosses"

The 20 new neutrals I got from Wikipedia, although probably not reliable info (and they probably included the Dungeon units too here)...

@Storm-Giant: JJ's post is about racial is not disclosing much, or difficult to interpret....

From that I understand that they'll be two neutral and two Bosses...but we'll see soon, since they said they'd reveal in the upcoming weeks...

Nope, that's why I think the racial will be debuffing enemy troops somehow....(or Invisibility)

I wouldn't count on too many neutrals. BTW does anyone miss one creature one dwelling thing from past Heroes games? The adventure map was that much more diverse...

Racial might be too similar to Gaurdian Angel then (ie. can't do any damage to the affected troop)

I hope not. That would make it much to similar to Haven and as such rather a cop-out.

If it would be similar to H5 Invisibility then following traits:

- Invulnerability to enemy attacks but not area spells
- Would de-trigger when enemy got next to affected troop
- Affected troop would lose invisibility when attacking enemy (but have bonus of no retaliation)

Still, might be too similar to Guardian Angel where enemy can't attack the affected troop....

I still like Blindess "with the power of the Void" or something like that (one enemy troop gets blinded, even necro, and can't act for duration of racial strength)

The Adventure map was much more diverse because it had more of everything: dwellings, creature banks, mines, etc etc etc.

HVI was a big step back in this aspect, IMO

there is still plenty of buildings, but they are less interactive now
like the statues of ... you just visit it and forget, they should add some buildings with a maintenance like a mill to offset complete lack of such buildings in H6

and there is never enough buildings where you can fight for resource reputation or whatever...

there are few, but you don't get nearly enough of them on maps imho

I think the main problem with "Cashes" is their designe.

What do we actually have?
1: Shantiry ruins
2: A pryramide
3: Orc camp
4: Infernos "Something" (Well if actuall find one of these, rare as a relic)
5: The good old abandoned ship

3 out of 5 are made in the style of a faction. They look to "similar" and can easyly get "Lost in the map". Especial the inferno one.

They all can be "Anything". It is not like "Fight a galeon, get artifact" "Fight orcs get gold" "Fight demons get Crystals", It is just Fight anything to get anything (All is shown).

And most important All of them are !one time only! I miss the feature where Cashes got "restarted" after some time and you could fight them again.

I would love more interactive, theme horde buildings like:

Shrine of Water: You fight a Monk with Water spirits: Mizu-Kami, Yuka-Onna, Kappa and Kirin. Reward: You get waterwalking for a week.

Garrison: You fight a Knight with Haven military units: Praetorian, Crossbowman, Griffin and Sun Rider. Reward: A stack of Praetorians protect all mines and forts in the Garrison's area of control.

Shadow Temple: You fight a Shadow Sorcerer with Stalkers, Watchers, Faceless and Black Dragons to gain Hero invisibility for X days.

Not only that. Most of the time I find the loot a joke like 500 gold and 3 crystals for fighting a couple-of-weeks worth (in size) army.

They should make those "caches" like in Heroes III (3-4 variants of enemy army size and prize), where those were sometimes a good chance to repair your kingdoms budget... while in Heroes VI those are usually just a decoration.
