Actually there is one structure on that town screen that has the right kind of feeling.
If you look at the screen you see a structure, seemingly some distance away in the top right corner. It's rather dark in that corner, and you have to look sharp to make out something, but you cannot see all the details because some are covered in shadow.
THAT is just right.

Damn, people are going crazy about this purple town discussion!
@JJ, maybe Dungeon doesn't have access to Light & Prime (as per your process of double standards with other factions).....everyone has access to Air & Earth so these should be available to Dungeon.

Good gracious, it's a LIGHT/DARK discussion, not a colour dicussion, as I find DARK purple a fitting color, and since it's frigging DARK in there, for once the color scheme makes real sense.
Anyway, DD, until now the question seems to be what factions do NOT have, not what they have, and just because we have five factions with both Air and Earth, it doesn't mean ALL factions must necessarily have Air and Earth as well.

Hmmm... part of the reason the town is so light is there is that giant hole in the ceiling. One the contractors finally fix that the darkness of the town's location should be more than enough to make up for the purple light.

I literally can't believe how monochrome the Dungeon is. I'd swear it is actually a parody if I did not know better. Congratulations Ubisoft on coming up with an interesting creature lineup for once, and then managing to find a new way to completely screw everything up by painting the entire town purple.

It is weird how everyone complains about the lights in the dungeon city,when dungeon is supposed to attack from the shadows.
Because well....it is not like the town itself needs to be stealthy xD

In that case dungeon would be like a more limited version of stronghold,which has access to all elemental schools without prime.
I think Light/air are most likely not avaliable,light is pretty sure to be not avaliable,water,prime and fire will be avaliable too because if they weren't they would have the same combination of magic schools as Inferno/necro/Stronghold.
So they'll be either missing air or earth(I think it is pretty sure that they'll have access to darkness) and since earth is also the element of poison,an element that is related to the elves and the fact that the dark elves live underground it is pretty sure that they'll have access to earth magic,which leaves only air.

Dungeon WILL have Earth magic - just read the last Q&A made by Elvin.
In that case, air most likely will be missing...

I'm probably the only one in the world who thinks this, but I rather like the Dungeon color scheme. Sure, it makes it look nothing like the Heroes 3 Dungeon (which was my favorite), but it definitely suits dark elves. People seem so shocked and appalled by the purple colors, but in Heroes 5, it was practically the same, so I don't see why people would have expected anything different. Overall, I'm mostly satisfied with the Dungeon Faction. The expansion as a whole, though, looks like it is lacking in content and is not worth buying.

Having two core shooters, maybe Dungeon doesn't have access to Air (storm arrows, other daze affects)....maybe the racial has something to do with daze....

Yes, there is purple but only lights (and crystals) are purple, buildings have other colours too.

H5 dungeon was pretty purple as well but at least hte h5 dungeon down actually has darkness in it. I guess I can forgive the h6 town a little for being so bright as it is close to the surface.
