Hi! Thanks for all the hard work!
I installed the mod on a mac version of heroes complete, used the manager to have only this mod and wake of the gods, receive an error message pointing to GameExt.pas
Tried to find out the nature behind this, no one seems to know the right answer. Did anybody even try to install this mod on a mac?

Greetings! The problems seems to be not in the mod, but in Era instead. I'm currently investigating.
Besides, you are very welcome to our new official forum here. There you can ask questions and know more about the current state of the project. To be honest I wouldn't recommend to install old 2013 beta. We are preparing a new release in 2015 which will be drastically improved in comparison with older developments.

Sure, thanks! I was just wondering why the beta wasn't updated in a couple of years)
I was playing with settings of WoG and plugins... Don't remember where the boxes were ticked. Could someone post some screenshots please?

It's CLOSED beta, there was demand to not share links to public
Ask Orzie, maybe he will share it with you.

That was 2013 beta as well, dated October. And yes, if it is closed, it means that you cannot have the link. It's gruesomely outdated as well, anyway.
It's on Macron's conscience that he received a closed version of the mod for testing and never sent a bug report.

I will burn in hell for this
There was not very much of new content in this closed demo. I can remember only new siege screens for Knight/Sorceress.
It's mostly scripts test.

"Loved by Thousands, Hated by Millions"
PS There was also pre-alpha version of SW. There were few new DEFs of creatures, like Cat Elf, Mounted Death Knight and some other.

I didn't know at that time that you don't have any interests rather than hunt for garbage graphics. We are not greedy and we could give permission for them easily, but you have never asked.
Anyway, that's outta topic. We work hard to bring the next mod version in 2015. Many assets will still be left as-is because we don't have much time and many good artists, but that will anyway be a drastic improvement both over the graphics and general gameplay.
Besides, I'm gonna put a recruitment thread in a separate topic. I guess I'm allowed to do this.

Do you remember all those fancy HoMM2 fonts? As the other graphic elements of that game, they certainly added a lot to the comfortable fairy-tale atmosphere. H3SW Team was successful in implementing the fonts to HoMM3, creating the new font format. Now we can not only reproduce the original HoMM2 letters, but also design our own new elements to enrich the game's graphics. The prototype of such font can be seen on the first picture in the map name!
For those who does underestimate the importance of the presented update, we should clarify: the native HoMM3 fonts are monotonous and don't support half-transparent shadows and soft color transitions. Considering this aspect, they give in to HoMM2 fonts which look good even on beige backgrounds.
