Heropedia: you can access it in-game and find all the info about any hero (base stats, creatures, etc), creature (stats, artwork).
Heropedia in action.
The Skill Pizza can't be changed through modding, only the values inside.
No chance for bigger creature models lol

That's one very big excuse. And I doubt that will work.
Since when was this an issue, considering H5 didn't had such an issue? As well as H6, if I remember correctly.

What values do you mean? The values of the skills and perks? Or even the factual skills themselves (i.e. give a Dungeon Hero the Light Magic skill in exchange for whatever they get)?

This is possible. In modding article you got a heroine from Sylvan with Necromancy, so such changes are possible.
