yeah, it's pretty kewl. a bit too much going on but i like it.
elites are... an improvement over h6, i must admit. though we haven't seen the upgrades yet so i'll withhold my judgement. dread-knight in champion tier is much welcome though. Sad to see no bone construct though and the skeleton dragon look pretty dull.

I think the problem, Wellplay, is that they are almost the exact same as the H6 versions.

As for the Academy Theme, do I even need to say that Romero & Rob are awesome? H7 music is delivering as snow

I'm extatic that the Lamassu is back, I was hoping this would happen with Manticore out.
And the "least changes" is true, there are actually no major changes AT ALL compared to both H5 and H6. Now we've got a spider without the human form and the wight/wraith on a horse plus the dragons back in the lineup. It does seem that the whole undead faction fell into a rut as well (just like Haven and Academy), I'm not sure how the series is going to fare if they are just going to repeat themselves, a 4th Heroes game is dubious, but this is another subject... Especially because like I said several times, Necropolis in H6 was my fav incarnation of the faction so I'm happy it's being carried over with only the Ghouls missing.

So only good news you got is that we get decent champions, except they both look like some warcraft units to me. HAVE YOU SERIOUSLY NOT SEEN HOW MUCH PEOPLE HATED THOSE snowING METH HEADS!?!? Sorry for the caps, but YOU snowING RAPED AND NEUTERED NECROPOLIS!!! I can't wait to see how you will rape the orcs, sylvan and dungeon after seeing this. Until now I was kinda hopeful, but seeing this snow is making me see red! Sorry for the language, you just couldn't have disappointed me more(except by bringing namtaru back).
PS can't access the blog currently, hoping it went down from all the negative feedback.

Elites are indeed disappointing. I wouldn't mind much about Lamasus if we didn't get those horrible Liches...
At least Champions are cool(I think, Dread Reaper is amazing, but Ghost Dragon worries me. The creature has so much potential yet implementation is awful every time and they are just among the weakest champion tier units in every game, I hope that this time they will have some good abilities at least).
Overall, the only reason why I will probably play Necropolis in H7 will be Reaper alone, everything else is the same or just bad.
Sad, I had high hopes for Necro faction after amazing Haven, and since it was my favorite faction(next to Inferno that didn't even make it).

Most of creatures look like they are missing some color channels. They are bleak and look unfinished, unrefined like some preview...
I love rider on grim reaper model but horse... maybe its wrong angle but that head... is it seahorse with horn or...
