Dungeon. It's a classic HoMM faction, and if it gets in, we'll have all 4 HoMM 1 factions and even all 6 HoMM 2 factions.

We need a pure evil faction.
Dungeon has never been more than a bit arrogant. It was never pure evil.
Necropolis has always been too neutral in my opinion. Where are the good old days when necromancers craved ultimate power and corruption?
Even stronghold is too goody-two-shoes. They need to go and burn half the Duchys down.

Honestly on the council the demon Councillor(who I think will be kiril) would most likely be telling stories to Ivan where he might need to be ruthless in order to keep his throne and to wrest it from his rivals.
Considering how duchies like the war with each and spite each other.

This has been answered before. The 'evil ones' in H7 is Haven (stag duchy)

normally its really hard for me to the pick one of them and leave the other one.
but since we already have an elven faction... i have to pick inferno. it doesnt worth to drop inferno to just make 2 elven centered factions.
