In 95% of time, the interviewers/game jouranlists are correct, so it's probably true.

Lol imagine we actually get Sanctuary vs Inferno or Sanctuary vs Dungeon and half of this discussion has been for nothing, lol.
Was it confirmed that they'll skip Sanctuary for this sequel?

You're being victim of a major misunderstanding here.
Strenght and Balance both have lineups similar to NWC, opposing two creatures of strong iconic value, the Unicorn and the Phoenix.
Phoenix back in Champion in Sylvan is gold for most old fans while the Unicorn missing is considered heresy, moreover for a faction's comeback.
Trust me, a Sylvan line-up featuring both Unicorns along with Phoenixes is a no-brainer.
This is no hate against Fury, is the simple explanation regarding why Strenght and Balance lineups are tied together and why Fury was therefore considered the worst choice by those.

i said smth about, when 3 choices exist,whether these choices are line-ups,factions, things to eat at a dinner, or things you could throw at someone for instance.

As much as I like my PIT LORDS, everything else seems to tip towards other factions. My aforementioned "out of place" issue, wouldn't make sense as a member of Ivan's council, the possibilities in both unit roster and story for any other faction, the probability of their presence detracting from the intended war plot, the unspoken need for a faction to specialize in Shadowsteel (which was specifically mentioned to be used by Dungeon or Fortress)...

Well they have kiril he would be the perfect candidate for ivan's council. Plus demons corrupt and make use of everything same could be said for materials used to build things.

Well, I already made peace with the fact that we probably won't see Inferno until the expansions come out.
If anything, it gives them more time to think how to develop them properly, and avoid the red fest that happened in H6.
Seriously, mono colours in H6 were dull.....

Oh, and how about the reason of "Ivan killed the demon that killed the empress and ended the Falcon Dynasty. I'm sure it's toooootally fine that he keeps a demon lord on his council. Yep - nothing fishy about that. No sir..."

Well this is speculation and pure theory but where did Ivan get the information on jezebeth's movements? Why did he refuse to reveal the details of where he got this information from? Only likely person he could of got this information from is a demon aka kiril.
Plus I highly doubt this council is public knowledge considering he has a necromancer on the council dealing with godless wizards, orcs and possibly haven's most hated enemy dungeon. If anyone finds out about this council of races it would blow his chances completely for support of the throne even if inferno does not make the cut.
What we do know is that the races on the council are not marching against the duchy that oppose Ivan. They are telling him stories and events from their factions to prepare him and help him guide his decisions when he goes to war proper.
I think it will be fine. Plus they would not add inferno as an option if they did not think it will make sense.

Honestly I think pit lord would be a common option among the line ups if inferno does make the cut. Elite or champion like the Treant.

lol I'm not worried about the Inferno lineup. I meant more "I think more people want Dungeon than Inferno. No Inferno means no Pit Lords. I don't want to get psyched about the idea of their inclusion if Inferno does not get voted in."
Though it is possible that it will be like the rest of the votes and I'll be fine with whatever the outcome is.

I wouldn't be upset if Inferno win, but only if they give it an overhaul. Lose gating, keep cool stuff like mother breeders and ship off all the crappy unimaginative walkers
