Look at the replay again. After my xbowmen acted first, right after them came flame lords, skirmishers and priests. Those would've done almost the same damage to them as archies would resurrect. Also, non-blessed xbowmen can't take out the ballista even in 2 shots. My spells/skilling was far from optimal either, I didn't have haste, and had to spend like 15k (as i mentioned) ONLY to get power of speed, which is 30 % boost not 40 and it makes a difference. Furthermore, I think taking wmachines was a very good idea. If you pose 3 threats to your opponent (good spells, creature customization, and hard-to-counter ballista), thats very hard to handle. He had stormwind just to make things worse. I don't think I could've won that battle anyways.
As for the 2nd game, Arcax had protection from EVERYTHING. He had cloak of sylanna, -50% lightning ring, flame tongue sword. Only my fireball was uneffected. The only spells that did good damage were implo and meteor. Master of fire and deep freeze aren't good when your puppeted main offensive unit takes out your other best right at the start  . My skilling wasn't the best either, but it was a bit my fault.

Hey you had Emerald Slippers as well so your earth spells were dealing +25% damage more

Strange thing.... I watch elvin's replay, only 1 could be watched, the sylvan and orcs replay.
When i watched the other 2, it crash, put the arena mod in and same problem.... Anyone has this problem ???

Maybe you forgot to restart the game after inserting the arena mod? Or you used the wrong version, Zenithale has one with only his mods and another that includes mods from others. I used the latter in the map.
Yes Tann won 2-0 so Asheera is free to play him. From what Edwin told me he got haven on the first but used mentor before he upgraded his units and ended up with insufficient money. In the second it was academy vs haven where the latter had high stats that eventually denied him the victory after a long fight.
As for me I have finished two games with Lepastur and we are 1-1. Unfortunately there was a disconnection in the third game so we left it for today - Unfortunately I was late 30 mins and Lepastur was nowhere to be found when I came online. I'm really sorry for that..
About the matches I first had inferno vs fortress. Was going well too but in the end I lost. The second was my orcs vs sylvan where I kicked some serious @ss  Ok I was lucky enough to get enlightenment->stamina with favourable starting atb. You don't need much more to defeat sylvan, his units could barely scratch mine and I disabled his druids so his using both light and destructive became a liability.
The third and final game is fortress vs stronghold. I'm not sure I can win that, sure he has no light shatter but his units have insane initiative and accumulate rage too often for my liking. He also has horde's anger so it will be hard - but hey dwarves have a knack for surviving. We'll see when he is back.
Meanwhile here are the replays. Fortress vs stronghold is incomplete but at least you'll know how the game looks like.

yea HC wasnt working for me yesterday.. but i had my games with edwin.. ended 2-0 for me... sylvan (me) vs haven (edwin).. and haven (me) vs acad (edwin)..

I already started my games with sq. I give it one or two weeks max for the rest to finish and reach the final round.
For the record he kicked by butt His inferno with enlightenment, power of speed, power of endurance vs my stronghold with defense, retribution, elation, luck. His cerberi blocked my centaurs, familiars drained all of my 40 mana and I was stupid enough to hasten chieftains so that when the seducers took control they killed me faster. Btw they got morale for every action within seduction's duration, with 18 init that's a lot

Lost to Tann, he'll post the replays.
In the Sylvan vs Inferno it was mostly my fault, the build was pretty weak (I didn't expect my spells to deal so low damage  ) and I didn't see the Seducers well in that corner, somehow forgot about them and I attacked the Nightmares with my AAs.
The second one was very close and interesting, his gated troops saved the day
