it would be best if both Heine and bixie, created two factions of the same subject, and people can choose whose is better, eg. pick Heine history, but bixies level 2, that sort of thing, good luck

i see, so its a pick and mix minitown!
ok, i'll start with the creatures
lvl1
ashigaru -> Kasuka
ashigaru are basic militia, armed with bows and arrows.
specials: none (apart from shooter)
lvl3
ronin -> samurai
ronin are traveling swordsmen and women who fight for various Daimyo's. experience ronins pledge allegeince to a particular Daimyo's, gaining the title samurai.
specials: cleave, wound, (upg) honour bound: moral never goes below 0.
lvl5
Itako -> Kabuti
Itako are traditional shamans. they are medics, spellcasters, fortune tellers and firework makers (a religous art), they often fight in the army if it is the will of their god(s).
specials: shooter (firework), spellcaster :haste, fireball, (upg)rightuous might.
lvl7
Kirin -> wind whisperer
Kirin are a strange breed of dragons, part water, part air. their long serpentine bodies certainly allud to their unpredicable father, slyath, but their serine and studious attitude towards magic is more common with there mother, Shalassa.
specials: large, flyer, spellcaster: lightning bolt, ice bolt, haste.

the concept for the grey jester is very much what i had in mind for the look of the jester/harlequin!

orcs are going to be infamous as a major faction in heroes 5, not as a neutral one.

the answer is yes, kirins are the type of dragon that are used on new years eve by the chinese, but a kirin is also part of the four guardian animals of Kyoto, genbu (the turtle), Seiryu (the kirin), Susako (the pheonix), and Byako (the tiger).

 , wow, thats a really nice piece of work, QP material, for what i read it seems good, as far as i could tell its was basically each faction but with 4 creatures and weird history

ok, i'll helped. i often have made ideas, see mercenaries for everyone for more details, but trust me.
Ashrah, this looks really cool, little unsure about the goblin being above the orc in terms of heriarchy, but it looks good none the less.
